Gudauri stay at Pine Chalets
The rooms are beautifully designed, with comfortable beds, spacious layouts, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer breathtaking views of the slopes. After a long day on the mountain, it was such a treat to relax by the fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate.
The location is great nestled in nature very quite away from the hustle and bustle of the main road, just a short drive from the main skii slopes. there is hot tub overlooking the snow-covered trees was a highlight!
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. From the concierge to the restaurant team, everyone went out of their way to ensure we had an unforgettable experience of the real Georgian food. Speaking of the restaurant, the food was absolutely delicious — whether it was the hearty breakfast to fuel us for the day or the après-ski snacks, every meal was a delight.

Service below par, Location worse and Hospitality Zero
Location - Old Guduari
Small hotel nestled in snow clad town of Old Guduari. Will start with cons as there is nothing in Pro to talk about.
Cons
- Hospitality is very cold. It feels they dont expect you to come again or recommend them at all. Smiles, greetings or talk is out of the question.
- Location is not good as away from Ski resort. Access road to the hotel is in bad condition. No Swimming pool, no proper lounge area, Sauna tubs are just for show.
- Only 2 people (Man and woman) handling the hotel affairs. We reached early and rooms were available but the lady bothered to clean only by 01:45 pm so check in only at 02:00 pm.
- No restaurant in the hotel which is a basic necessity. They do arrange breakfast in the morning but very basic stuff. If you are veg you are in trouble.
- No restaurant within walking distance. You need to use taxi or private vehicle to get to one. Hotel charges a bomb for this service.
- Room was ok but we had water drainage issues in the bathroom.
- Bar is available. Nothing to talk about and over 2 days no one visited.
- No lifts so if you are given a room 2 floors up you need to take stairs and carry your luggage up.
Please look for hotels in New Guduari as it is near to Ski resort, restaurants and supermarkets. Better options with similar pricing available and you will save taxi or private car transfer costs.

Great room and great staff
It's peaceful area.
Staff is very helpful, kind and polite. Especially the reception guy, he gave us a mobile phone with wifi hot spot to use due to hotel wifi was failure.
Room is large, clean, comfortable and has a great view. Free 2 bottles of drinking water are provide with coffee and tea. Mini fridge is equipped as well.
Bathroom has shower with shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush.
Breakfast serve at the ground floor bar and restaurant. It's tasty with varieties of food in Georgian style.
There are parking space for guest as well.
Highly recommend Pine Chalet for all type of customer.
