Modern hotel in middle of real “Old Tbilisi”

Brand new type hotel sitting on a real “Old Tbilisi” street with authentic, slightly debilitating buildings, making it very charming. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good A/C. I had a room on the first floor with a street level view, so I kinda didn’t like the openness people could see in. Try to get a 2nd floor room.

within the area there are others better located

Hotel located on a narrow street off the avenue and surrounded not by the old part but by buildings pending restoration, to say the least, which are occupied by some people in lamentable conditions. Depending on the time it is or seems unpleasant. With reference to the hotel, it is new. Personally, my room was against the elevator wall; I asked for a change, but there was no interest. The breakfast was decent; they could use their breads, which are very good, but there weren't any.

Great hotel

Just got back from sunny Tbilisi. Stayed at the Graf Hotel for three nights. The hotel is practically new (3 years), there is an elevator, very fresh small cozy rooms (lived as standard), comfortable mattresses, excellent plumbing, decent breakfasts.
Beautiful sympathetic staff, they speak Russian, English no problem. Special thanks to a guy named Lasha!
Yes, and located 2 steps from Freedom Square and the Old Town.
We definitely recommend it and we'll come back!

A modern gem in the heart of old Tbilisi!
I had a fantastic experience at Graf Hotel Tbilisi. It is a new, modern and extremely clean boutique hotel, the perfect base for exploring the Georgian capital on foot.
What I liked the most:
Fantastic location: The hotel is right in the historic center (Old Tbilisi), just a 3-5 minute walk from Freedom Square and Rustaveli Avenue. Although incredibly close to restaurants, bars and attractions, the street it is on is sheltered from the noise and bustle of the city.
Excellent breakfast: The morning buffet was a very pleasant surprise, exceeding my expectations. The food is fresh, very varied, with many hot options, pastries and even vegan alternatives. It is constantly replenished and provides you with everything you need for a busy day.
Rooms and comfort: The rooms are spacious, quiet, decorated in a minimalist-modern style and equipped with very comfortable beds. The blackout curtains work perfectly for a restful sleep, and the bathroom is modern and spotless.
Top service: The reception staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They speak excellent English, offer great recommendations and helped us with our luggage without any hesitation.
The quality-price ratio is unbeatable. I highly recommend and will definitely come back here on my next visit to Tbilisi!

Good situation for a great experience in Tbilisi

It is a very well located Hotel, away from the bustle of the city. The room is clean and spacious enough. The staff are friendly, and have a good breakfast.
