Its a scam! Place looks nothing like the one advertised. They gave me a room with a broken bed, busted door lock, AC not working, unsanitary bathroom - urin running underneath the toillette, busted bathroom door, broken shower door, broken shower floor. I told them this is not what I paid for and they didn't care. Once I complained to expedia they told Expedia they will reimburse me part of my stay only if I do not post pictures of the actual place. It was unacceptible!! They never reimbursed me anything. The worst part is that my trip to another destination was cancelled so I decided to move those other days to Tbilisi and made a second booking with the same property. They charged me both reservations full amount. They waiting for the second reservation to start before providing any response back to expedia. Expedia did not also care the place was unsanitary and should be closed permanently!! They were happy to take the money. Overall, it was a bait and switch. Do not book here!!!!

utter garbage

I booked this hotel from Almosafer, my worst experience!!!. once I arrived there, room was in a dark pit ally. the room had no AC no Fan, bathroom light does not work. the shower tub is broken/cracks in it. there is vent on roof top which is open, and rainwater is all over the floor. The floor, walls and roof are all full of stains. unlivable place. instantly I asked for replacement or refund, the bellboy called the owner and he refused to cooperate. so, I paid for nothing. this is a cheat hotel.

Central!

This was a bleak choice for anyone aged under 21 (which I am not). Youngsters on reception immediately offered me upgrade to Hotel 36 for loud air conditioning and private en suite and window (skylight) .Still a prison cell feel - very cheap and great location, but wish I had free cancellation on booking as would never ever stay again.
