super colourful and picture-worthy design hotel
A quick note on access: There is no elevator (though the staff was helpful with taking luggage upstairs). Guests should also be aware of the few stairs and the short walk required to reach the hotel entrance.

A subpar, overpriced "fancy hostel" with poor comfort
It’s not qualified to be a hotel. It’s a fancy Hostel … not recommended for families.
A. Location (2/5) – Price vs Location
The hotel’s location is decent but far from ideal. While it’s conveniently situated, many better hotels offer superior value for money. The price you pay here doesn’t seem justified by the location alone.
B. Stay Experience (1/5) – Price vs Comfort
Thanks to the artwork, the rooms are visually appealing, but aesthetic appeal alone isn’t enough. Practical issues significantly detract from the stay:
01. The absence of a lift makes it challenging to stay on higher floors, especially if you have luggage.
2. Most rooms lack balconies, so don’t expect to enjoy a morning coffee with a view. Instead, we felt that the dark choice of colours with just a window made rooms claustrophobic.
3. The bathrooms were cramped and poorly ventilated, leading to a suffocating, smelly and damp experience.
C. Food (0/5) – Major Disappointment
The hotel lacks a kitchen, meaning you’ll have to go to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, even if it’s included in your package. No room service is available, which is inconvenient, especially for families with children or elderly guests. Breakfast is also served late (after 8:30 AM), and early risers are left with subpar options like raw vegetables. We were handed whole tomatoes and cucumbers as a packed meal, which we had to return.
D. In-room facilities – Basic and Unimpressive
1. The room fresheners were broken, Lenin was never fresh, and towels were like scrubbers.
2. Soap dispensers were broken, and the taps were leaking.
3. The rooms do not have vanity mirrors, so grooming is inconvenient because the bathroom mirrors are fogged.
E. Parking (0/5) – Not Available or Useful
Parking is either unavailable or impractical, offering no real benefit for guests who need it.
This overall experience leaves much to be desired, especially given the price. The hotel falls short on many fronts.

The people are the finest!
Nothing was enough for them, their kindness an absolute delight. The cooking was at times absolutely out of this world (the creamy salmon a particular favourite of my wife and mother in law's), but above everything was just the authenticness of the place.

A truly Georgian experience
Fantastic location in the Old Town area but not right in the middle of everything, so it was reasonably quiet at night. Terrific views from the terrace, comfortable bed, good service, decent enough breakfast, I would stay here again.
