Good stay
Hotel is centrally located, every important point is quiet nearby. There are many restaurants and malls in the walking distance. Rooms - we booked 2 deluxe rooms, one room was quite big, on the other hand another room was small to fit 2 big suite cases. Beds are quite comfortable and rooms were quite clean. Internet speed was great. Staff in the hotel are very friendly. Laundry service was quick but expensive. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options. Overall a very good hotel.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – We Cannot Recommend This Hotel
Unfortunately, our previous stay at Wyndham Grand Tbilisi was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. It was certainly not the level of service, comfort, or quality we expected from a five-star hotel.
During our stay, we experienced several serious and ongoing problems:
* For approximately the first **three days** of our stay, there was **no hot water** in our room, making it impossible for us to take a proper hot shower.
* There were **repeated power outages** throughout the hotel. As a direct result, **the air conditioning in our room stopped working**, leaving us without cooling and making our stay extremely uncomfortable.
* Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were forced to spend a considerable amount of time reporting problems and waiting for them to be resolved.
We appreciate that members of your team genuinely tried to help us, apologized for the situation, and did everything they could under the circumstances. We also remember being assured that if we chose to stay at your hotel again in the future, **our next stay would be upgraded to much better rooms** as a gesture of goodwill.
Unfortunately, despite those efforts, the problems had already caused significant damage to our vacation. We returned home with a very disappointing impression of your hotel, and for that reason we have not been able to recommend it to others.
We would also like to remind you that **we are returning to your hotel from 14 August until 16 August**. This reservation was made **before our first stay**, long before we knew what we were about to experience.
To be completely honest, we are very concerned about returning. Our memories of the hotel are extremely negative, and we are genuinely worried that our second stay could be just as disappointing as the first.
Because of what happened during our previous visit, we kindly ask you to honor the commitment that was made to us and **upgrade our rooms** for our upcoming stay. More importantly, we ask that you ensure that all the issues we experienced have been fully resolved so that we can finally enjoy the level of hospitality expected from a five-star hotel.
We truly hope that this visit will restore our confidence in Wyndham Grand Tbilisi and replace our previous disappointment with a positive and memorable experience.

The location is great. And price quality balance is good.
