A good property with perfectible points...
- The capacity of the car park may prove insufficient during the high attendance => difficulties to park, or even to leave on the day of our departure!
However, this hotel has advantages:
-A beautiful setting,
- A dynamic and friendly kids club (thanks to Pierre-Louis and his team),
- A Remarkable Restaurat° (Dishes and Service),
Same for the bar "la rumerie",
Good room Service.
In the end, perfectible points for a hotel that nevertheless has notable qualities.

We do not recommend, excuses are difficult and communication laborious.

Lack of organization in hotel in need of repair, beach ok, too expensive
Upon entering the room, the disappointment was great: "Oceanview" was a view of gables with bamboo, only to the right of which a gap left the view of the water unobstructed. After a complaint we were allocated the right room after another 45 minutes and 2 free cocktails. By now we had waited 4 hours in the lounge.
The shower room is small, the drain was very! slow, too few shelves, the button on the toilet water box was totally loose, as was the toilet paper holder.
The hangers in the closet can only be used in it. The kitchen block on the small terrace is cheapest quality, only a dining table and 3 chairs, no comfortable armchairs.
At breakfast, always stay at the table in the 1 person to scare away the birds that otherwise end up on the plates and pecking food there. Between the dining tables (open air covered) walk around chickens from time to time.
Don't choose the table under a lamp or leash, the birds poop on the tables there sometimes.
The restaurant only offers buffet lunch and dinner (>40€/person), no menu or smaller dishes, but pizza on the beach or small snacks/tapas at the bar. Drinks are expensive, mojito = 13 euros.
The staff is different friendly, especially if you are not fluent in French.
Not a real evening program at the bar. Boring atmosphere.
The good things are the breakfast, the large pool and the in-house beach. Parking was "free" (5 ÜF in Oceanview DZ for 1,650€). There were many French families with children and older French people in the hotel. No younger couples. These hardly remained international audiences. Staff struggle with English.
A rental car is essential.
We expected more flair and quality. The hotel is not worth the price. It's too bad. We're not coming back.

A very good stay at Mahogany!
The Mahogany is part of the Creole Beach hotel with rooms equipped with a kitchenette on the balcony. Staying at the Mahogany gives access to all the facilities of the Creole Beach hotel, bars, restaurants, beach, spa, gym, etc.
We booked a room on the top floor with a beautiful sea view.The room is quite large, very clean, good bedding. It lacks a little storage, a drawer cabinet would be welcome!
Mahogany’s kitchenettes are simple but convenient for preparing breakfast or basic meals. These small kitchens are simply equipped: a refrigerator, a two-burner ceramic hob, a sink, a high microwave oven, and some dishes. Please note that the rooms have a Lavazza coffee maker. It is a convenient solution for those who do not want to frequent the restaurant morning, noon, and evening!
As for the location of this hotel, it is excellent because it is conveniently located in the center of the island. It is really the best place to visit the Lowland like the Great Earth!
