This is a great budget place to stay

We got here immediately after staying one atrocious night in Tikal Inn. The staff here is nice ,the rooms are clean ,the bathroom was good. It is fair for me to say it was cheap and good,with a small TV, towels,soap, and an extra large ceiling fan. It was close to everything. We got picked up from here the next morning to drive to Belize. If it's location and price you are looking for , this is where to stay in Flores. If you are looking for something fancier, there are others in the area but you are going to pay $60 night or more for those.

Nothing special but clean

Our private room was small, simple but clean and had a fan. The hotel has a roof terrace with a nice view over Flores and the lake. During nights it got loud because of the bars in the neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all it was ok because we spent most of the time outside the hotel in Flores. Otherwise the room would have been too small and dark.

Old hotel poor service

We stayed here for two nights. The first room we were shown had a whole in the window so we asked to move. We moved to a triple room and agreed the price (290Q) per night. The room was old, it was ok. Our room was internal, the window looked out onto a small internal courtyard. The bathroom was very old and definitely needed some modernisation. The wifi was poor, it was patchy at best. When we went to check out there was a long argument about our bill. The hotel reception wanted to charge us 330Q per night. She claimed we had breakfast there was no breakfast. She claimed there was a 3rd person in the room again not true. I would not stay here again.

Decent backpacker hostel with private rooms.

Generally Decent backpacker hostel with private rooms. Be aware that a/c rooms are charged differently from non a/c rooms. We were not told this in advance. Shower heads were in need of replacement, water stream was all over the place. Otherwise hot water is good, reasonably clean and decent to stay in. Wifi is good. Good location in flores.

It was cheap, convenient, and had a balcony. Easy enough.

Our needs were simple, we had 3% charge on our phone, limited service and needed to find a place while on the bus up from Rio Dulce.
They had rooms, which was just what we were looking for.
Flores was a nice town and this was a fine place to spend our nights.
