Hotel on the canal, a bit far from the center
The staff is very professional and helpful. A special thanks to the concierge, who managed to get us tickets for the Van Gogh Museum and the Anne Frank House, which otherwise would have been practically impossible to find. A truly very appreciated help!
Some flaws, however, regarding the room we were assigned (a deluxe), not very big and with a somewhat dated bathroom, and regarding the cleaning, which could be more thorough.
The least positive aspect concerns the location for those who want to visit Amsterdam: not so much because of the distance from the center, but because of the lack of public transport stops in the immediate vicinity, which makes getting around less convenient than expected, unless by bicycle (rentable at the hotel for €20/day)
Overall, a pleasant hotel, but not among the most convenient solutions for a tourist visit to the city.

We are sorry, however, that the Deluxe room did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the bathroom and cleanliness, and we will share this feedback with our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
Regarding the location, we understand that the distance to public transport can make getting around less convenient for some guests. We are pleased that you were able to make use of our bicycle rental as an alternative way to explore Amsterdam.
