Can not fault this hotel, amazing

Can not fault this hotel from the moment we checked in till the time we checked our. The friendliest staff you could ever meet. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day. Everything was perfect and planning on making this mybregular hotel in Amsterdam

Location to Amsterdam central station is perfect. You must be able to climb very narrow and steep stairs to your room. The room is a typical European sized room; however the bathroom is very small. I’m 6’0” and 185lbs and even I had a hard time fitting on the toilet. The sink faucet and the shower head were very loose and wobbly (didn’t bother me, but it might bother others). THE AC (mini-split) WAS awesome and the room was nice and cool

Great Experience

The staff were really friendly, kind and helpful. The room was spacious enough for the two of us and everything was clean and fresh. They offer a lot of extras if you just ask at reception. The location is perfect as a base for exploring Amsterdam. Really good value for money would highly recommend this hotel.

Bedbug Concerns and Poor Cleanliness

Very disappointing experience. I found signs of bedbugs in the room, and the bathroom had black spots/stains that looked like mold or fungus. The room did not feel clean, and I would not recommend staying here.

In response to the reported incident, we have implemented comprehensive treatment procedures and preventative measures to address the situation. Our professional pest control service has inspected and treated all areas of the hotel to ensure that bedbugs are eradicated. Continuous monitoring and preventive inspections have been set up to ensure the issue is fully managed. We do not have bed bugs. Why you did not inform the front desk about bedbug's signs or mold or fungus in the bathroom during your stay. So we could have look at the issues you faced. And we could have solved all the problems during your stay...
