Great value!
1. Booking: the value proposition of this property and the booking process (via a third party app) was very easy and prompt response to our requests.
2. Location: The property is located very well with a basement parking (booking via a third party app once again) was a breeze. Access to public transport and center of the Hague is easily accessible.
3. Rooms: We were allocated two rooms on the ground floor with decent noise insulation and access. The rooms 11 and 22 were apt for a 3 night stay and were sufficiently equipped. The sleep quality was very good despite the bed not being a box spring type of a bed. Additional pillows were provided in the room and the curtains did a good job blocking the light. The central air conditioning was to the point and we did not have to change the settings once the required temperature was attained. Very comfortable rooms.
4. Breakfast and dinning: The property features a 24x7 pantry and coffee corner which was very handy and the breakfast thought limited in options was sufficient for us. We in-fact enjoyed it a lot as all that was available was served at a good temperature and was fresh. I do think that more options for vegans should be included. Overall a very delicious breakfast which was included in the room price.
5. Staff: I feel the staff was very proactive and helpful throughout our stay and they were constantly checking on our needs and requirements. Its a very well run team. I would give them 5 stars for their efforts.

Great location. Breakfast was good. Rooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable. Air-conditioning was effective too. Thank you for a great stay. Been here twice now and would come back anytime.

Stolen
My parents slept here last week, and had a great time! Both parents are veterans and they were in The Hague because my father received an award for his efforts to others (the white carnation). My mother then left the room forgetting a pair of shoes, can happen in all the commotion. The shoes were in a bag of which 1 pair were newly purchased adidas and 2 pairs she already had. When they found out they had forgotten these they immediately called and put the shoes behind. Last Sunday my father went back to pick up the shoes and to his surprise the 2 old pairs were still in there but the new adidas were gone.. and the hotel apparently couldn't help it. I understand it's my responsibility, but they were just stolen by someone on the staff! I think it's really outrageous!!! I'm really pissed off. What should have been a special few days away for them is now a big downer for people who have been through and done so much for others! Really no words for it. I'm not into the bad reviewed writing either but really like this absurt!! And for those of you running on the new adidas I hope you are happy with it!! My mother is devastated by it and her trust in people is also damaged which is mainly about because shoes are of course only material !!

The manager Randy was amazing! As usual, the younger staff needs more training. Beware if you have a package for delivery, if they don’t find your name in the system they will decline the package.

The hotel was one of the best we have stayed in! Absolutely fantastic location by the lake, nice restaurants, shops and tram.
The staff were super nice and courteous at reception, housekeeping, breakfast, and around the hotel in general. The breakfast was very wholesome and great variety of hot and cold foods and healthy options as well. We loved the option of having free drinks and goodies available through the day and happy hours with free snacks and drinks in evening. The facilities in the room has full kitchen, dishes, fridge, microwave, stove and pots and pans available. The room was quite large with enough space to work from there, relax and enough space to hang and store our clothes. I hate it when hotels don’t have enough closet space but this hotel was more than enough. The room was clean and they have light cleaning daily . Some may find the light cleaning option not enough but for us it was sufficient we felt and room felt clean and tidy. The hotel also has a full gym, bikes and umbrella available if I remember right and we were able to also use the safe in room. We stayed five nights and felt could have stayed longer given the excellent hotel. We are also members of the hotel points system which allowed us to also enjoy late checkout and staff were so kind and nice about it. A+ rating overall.
