Great place to stay
Nice and clean aparthotel. Nice spacious rooms. Breakfast was in the next door hotel and was well cared for.
We also dined there twice. Was good with good portions.
Definitely recommended to come back again.
Parking with special daily rate in adjacent parking was no problem. We had the bikes with us and everything was within good cycling distance in terms of shops and center doable.

Wat mooi om te lezen dat u ons als een prima plek om te verblijven heeft ervaren en dat u tevreden was over de ruime kamers en het ontbijt in het naastgelegen hotel. Ook fijn dat het diner in de smaak viel, daar doen onze keuken en bediening het voor!

Wonderful experience with De Timmerfabriek Apartmets
After the experience on the Queen Emma, have this time stayed in the Apartmens (loft) it was cozy, cramped and very spacious, definitely worth repeating !!!

When your dog finds a new "home" too
We use this hotel, including the services, on a regular basis throughout the year. We know what to expect and we continue to be satisfied with the services. The quality of accommodation and the approach to clients have not changed, and we are sincerely pleased with that. The little things that could be improved are not essential and are rather a reflection of our internal setting. The industrial style always captivates us so much that we are determined to come back here again and enjoy the environment with a pleasant atmosphere, even for our dog.

Hotel / Apartment great / Service could be better
The accommodation is very nice and tidy. We booked an apartment as it was important for us to have a kitchen. The room was very nice bright and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned regularly, towels not changed. Also I found it disproportionate for the price of over 1400€ for the week (incl. dog 18€ per day) that I had to pick up my toilet paper at the reception when it went out. If I pay the dog already with 18€ per day I expect a certain amount of service for this amount. 128€ but for what exactly? Breakfast was very rich, fresh and delicious. But again there is a suggestion for improvement, it is ok if you are not allowed in the dining room with the dog, for this purpose tables were set up in front of the reception. Unfortunately, these tables were just never set and it was only cleared in a bulky way. You felt a bit labelled as a second class guest. Why not get the same service as guests without pets?

During your stay at Timmerfabriek Apartments, you will enjoy a fresh breakfast every morning and free WiFi. Upon arrival, you will find your beds made and towels ready for you. The Loft is cleaned weekly and we also take care of the final cleaning. We do not charge any extra costs for this.
Nevertheless, we regret that your experience in this regard has not been entirely satisfactory and we will discuss this internally.
With regard to staying with a dog, we would like to explain that the surcharge is intended for extra cleaning and maintenance. As mentioned during the booking process and in our house rules, dogs are not allowed in the dining room for hygienic reasons due to our open kitchen. For this reason, we offer an alternative breakfast area. We regret to hear that this area was not always properly set up or cleared away in a timely manner, which may have made you feel less welcome. This is of course not our intention and we take this feedback to heart.
