Top week

We were in a hotel chalet. Nicely located near the petting zoo and not far from the pool, shop etc. We enjoyed the beautiful campsite. For my little boy, it was great. Nice pool with slide. Outside slide and spray park. Fun animation and lots of activities. Playgrounds, beach , indoor playground, there is plenty to do. Also a nice area. Accommodation is called hotel chalet but as I read with several, they really expected the Service of a hotel. Towels package, beds made, shampoo etc. Now I didn't expect that, so it wasn't a minus for me. Walls are very thin between the neighbors. Luckily, we didn't get in trouble with each other. And we also had 2 times quiet neighbors. I would definitely go back here again! We had a great week.

Disappointing experience at Camping De Vogel

We recently spent a few days at Camping De Vogel which should have been more than 2 weeks and unfortunately the stay disappointed us on some important points.
The campsite has potential at first glance: beautiful location, great facilities for children and a spacious layout. Nevertheless, there were a few disturbing elements that influenced the experience considerably for us.
First of all the terrace at the restaurant. Upon arrival, the cigarette butts immediately stood out, on several chairs and the ground around the tables lay cigarette ash and abandoned cigarettes. After that, there was also smoking everywhere. That gave an unkempt impression and we noticed that this image did not change even after a few days. It felt like little attention was paid to keeping the terrace clean and the customer experience, which is a shame for such a central place on the site.
In addition, the food in the restaurant was very disappointing. The menu looked promising, but the quality of the dishes left something to be desired. The schnitzel was chewy and clearly not fresh, the fries limp and lukewarm, and the salad that came with it was wet and tasteless. The service was very friendly.
It's a shame, because with a little more attention to hygiene and quality, this campsite could really offer much more. We hope that these points will be taken up, because the environment and the concept are basically fine. For now, unfortunately, no repeat for us.

Super cared for and fine!

Great maintained campsite! We have been there 2 times. Once with Bungalow tent and this second time we rented a mobile home with veranda.
Both times very much enjoyed this beautiful campsite. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail for young and old. Even the camping shop is well equipped in the late season and everything is open. From swimming pool, restaurant to mini golf course.
Highly recommended.

Great restaurant with sublime service

Just had dinner in the restaurant. Very friendly and hardworking service who will help you with a smile. Big kudos to Randy and Thomas. The service was very smooth and the food was also very tasty. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.
