I was in a 3rd floor room which was isolating from the street noise. It was a quiet floor, so I will book this room again in the future.

Awful awful awful

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever visited lasted 4 hours and left what a terrible place unhelpful staff,rooms disgusting, blood stains on duvets dirt everywhere walls damaged. Needs knocking down absolute dump stains everywhere.flies all over room absolute cesspit Avoid.

This was my third visit to the hotel. I like the property, its location and the budget price.
Noise level from the street can be noticeable, so ask for a room that doesn’t front on to the street.
I was delighted to meet Bubbles the cat on this visit.

I loved it all.

I was happy with everything. I was met at the reception by a very nice girl, who told me everything in English. Next to the hotel, there is a shop right through the wall, you can basically buy anything you want (and food and drink). It was cool in the room, but there was a duvet, though the blanket was thin, I'm a scumbag, I wish it was thicker, but a duvet of norms warmed the room. The window was outside, there were establishments, it was noisy in the evening, but I didn't wake up at night. There's a TV, a safe. There was hot water in the shower. I also liked the fact that the hotel was open (as I understood it) 24 hours a day, and to get off the stairs to the rooms you had to attach your room key. The deposit was returned without problem. The room itself is small, but I was comfortable.

Very dodgy. Avoid.

Worst experience ever - demanded an additional massive cash "security deposit" almost doubling the room cost. Doubt I'll ever see it again. Everything about them screams dodgy. Came to check other reviews to see if they'd done this to everyone and found the reviews about bed bugs - make sure you check thoroughly before considering booking with these people
Customer service rude and unhelpful. Avoid
