Nice place to be in.
I like the place. Located just beside the train station.
Check-in was quick. There is also a self-checkin machine at the entrance.
Room was nice. Fridge was cold. Hot shower was great. Only basic amenities were provided - shower gel, shampoo/conditioner and soap.
Aircon though can be controlled, is still limited to a certain temperature. Luckily the window can be opened, which took the cold out of the room (i don't sleep well in a cold room.
Gym was small but adequate.
TV channels were ok.
Other down sides for me:
Lifts worked in 2 separate groups. Waiting time can test your patience.
The laundry room has no vending machine for detergent.
Chair at study table in the room cannot be pulled out. It is blocked by the sofa.
A place i will return to.

Next door to Bullet train station
Great location to walk across to the train station to catch bullet train back to Seoul.
- Room was not ready for early check in we could leave suitcases at reception with dozens and dozens of others.
- Checkin was efficient.
- Our room had windows that we could and did open.
- Asked for 1hr late checkout on the day and the guy at reception calculated the cost on a calculator and showed us the cost, we challenged we are asking for 1hr [as we were not feeling well - never told him this] he said ok and anything over, this is the cost & showed the calculator again! Wow not good customer service.
- Cleaner puts the door lock/latch across the room doors while cleaning as they enter and leave the room the door constantly bangs. The headboard of our bed rattled everytime they did it. This is unacceptable and should be addressed/stopped.
- 2 single beds, one had a massive sag in it and was uncomfortable.
- Right across from train station and China town.
- Convenience store just out the front.
- Quick check out box to drop the swipe card in.

Was one of the cleanest rooms I've been in. Though the single use slippers were kinda thin, it was very convenient to use. Location's really close to Busan Stn., walking distance 2-3 minutes. Would recommend if needed a close place to stay near the station, and I would stay again. Utilities and CVSs are on the first floor, extremely convenient.

Exceptional Service, Perfect Location, and an Amazing Stay in Busan
This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels I have stayed at during my trip to Korea. I cannot recommend Ramada Encore By Wyndham Busan Station highly enough.
I initially had an issue with my booking through Agoda, and while the concern was not resolved through Agoda, the hotel's reservation team personally stepped in and helped fix the situation. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was arranged properly and that I could have a smooth and stress-free stay. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly made a big impression on me.
The hotel itself is exceptional. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities are also impressive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels modern and welcoming.
The location is absolutely perfect—it's directly across from Busan Station, making it extremely convenient for travelers arriving by KTX or exploring different parts of Busan. The accessibility alone is already a major advantage.
Among all the hotels I stayed at during my Korea trip, this one truly stood out. From the amazing service to the unbeatable location and excellent cleanliness, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Busan.
