My Home Away from Home in Seoul: Exceptional Service
I visit Seoul 5 to 6 times a year, staying anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks per trip, and Andaz Gangnam has become the only hotel I look forward to coming back to. It has completely ruined all other options for me in the best way possible!
What makes this property truly exceptional is that it never feels repetitive or stale. They continually find subtle, thoughtful ways to evolve and elevate the guest experience. Every single visit brings fresh, detailed enhancements whether it is a new variation in the welcome drinks and room snacks, updated luxury toiletries, or seasonal additions to the breakfast menu.
Beyond the stunning design and location, the service here sets a global standard from the moment you step foot on the property. Service is excellent and everyone accommodates your needs. Huge appreciation as well to the entire breakfast team for starting every morning on such a high note for their exceptional care, warmth, and professionalism.
If you are looking for a hotel in Seoul that combines top-tier hospitality, constant culinary and service innovation, and genuinely caring staff, Andaz Gangnam is unbeatable. I already cannot wait for my next visit!

If you value good AC beware
The room was set for 18 yet never got below 22. The staff insisted the air was fine and working properly. This is one of those properties that controls they ac remotely and wouldnt allow it to go down lower. This made the stay really uncomfortable, so much so that we had to stay somewhere else out last night. They offered a fan and some cookies as we left. But overall made the stay disappointing. Hotel itself is in a great location, Breakfast is fantastic, and property is really nice. That said id avoid this hotel and stay at the park hyatt next time

Amazing experience
Excellent hotel. Amazing location and the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. All the services were very quick and smooth (as per Korean standard!). And strongly recommend the breakfast which is one of the best in my recent experience. Overall Very cool, hip and high quality at the same time.

Excellent customer service and baby-friendly
Some of the best customer service I have experience with Hyatt and I have been to many Hyatt properties worldwide, in various tiers. Andaz Gangnam anticipated my needs (for example taxi, baby crib, baby bath), were extremely helpful (providing directions, where to buy diapers, help with making reservations), and very considerate (traveling with a 1 year old this is extra appreciated). The next time I stay at this property I'll make a point to enjoy more of the amenities such as the spa. I only enjoyed the pool which was fantastic and not crowded at all- like a private oasis. 10/10 in my book.

Great experience!
It was wonderful family trip over the summer vacation. Nice bar and stake house plus clean gym and swimming pool at basement. It is also indeed at convenient location just above of underground station and not too far from riverside running course. Will definitely comeback to be there soon!
