Better than expected
We chose to stay here for a couple of nights as the hotel was new. Wanted to compare the room, customer service and location to other Accor hotels we’ve stayed in on our previous trips. This hotel definitely is up there with the service. After check in, the Front Office Manager Ethan walked us to our room. Which was a nice gesture. As a Platinum member, Ethan also gave us complementary mini bar. Which was very much appreciated. The cafe in the lobby didn’t offer a great selection of drinks to claim for the welcome drinks. Some of the drinks were only available upstairs to claim. The room was good size and clean. Apparently they charge for their disposable dental kit and shaving kit. This is the first hotel I’ve come across that charges for these things. Overall it was a better stay than expected. Location was convenient. Attached to the new shopping mall and linked to the train station

In addition, as you mentioned, we are just meters away from Guui Station Line #2 which is a main inner circle line brings you to anywhere in Seoul without traffic. Excellent stay, top notch hotel, great swimming pool with enough length to do laps, overseeing the city, nice jacuzzi, easy access to metro station directly from the commercial centre, and the neighborhood is not touristic so you find a lot of great food gems for great prices

Rooms, swimming pool, breakfast are all the best hotels~~
The rooms were clean and possible on a regular day, but the requested rate check-out was also reflected and staff from all over the hotel was friendly.
Breakfast menus are not too many, but they are not common breakfast menus.

Warm welcome from Manager, need improvement for the housekeeping
Convenient location very closed to Guui station. However, it takes some travels and transfer to go to the airport. There's also constant train sound so be aware if you're sound sensitive like me. I'm living up on 29/F and could still hear the train sound clearly, unless you play music in the room.
Wr arrive late in midnight. Upon check in, we received warm welcome and greetings from the Pullman team. all look sharp and energetic. The process was quick and we also appreciate the birthday treat they prepared.
We really like the hospitality by the reception but the room service team requires improvement.
They offered smart appliances like taplet which is a plus, but when we requested for tissue paper from the tablet as we run out of it, it took them so long to deliver that I decide to go out and get myself some.
Also, the bin wasn't clean / emptied daily. I cannot stand the bin already half filled with rubbish and take more than a day for them to clean. It is disgusting. Our used utensils were not collected and cleaned..
I also wish there is a sign where I could ask for NO bed making as our sleepwear and bedside amenities were put all over around the bed. I have never seen any hotel would put staffs from the bed away from the bed, especially in asia, cleanliness is highly valued. I don't feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the room given to the uncleaned bin and utensils, so I'm very upset with the sleepwear put on the side. I could picture the hotel would wear out fast without proper housekeeping.
Overall, it is slightly on the expensive side if you do not use the facilities (pool & gym). We do not have big issue with the air con though it runs automatic and don't really follow the set temperature.

This hotel boasts the best kindness and service in Seoul
Birthday to visit Eastpool Pool! The location is not far from Gangnam, and the view of Hangzhou is very attractive and open, but the latest facilities, ample parking lots and complex cultural facilities are in harmony. More than anything else, I was impressed by the kindness of the staff in any of our hotels :) Eugene Hotelier, who cares deeply about his birthday, and the hotelier, who sanded the annoying cake refrigerator into the room twice. Thank you for your careful care. Nowadays, there are many places where chillings and ice cream take on extra service, but it didn't. Unlimited pool fitness entrance and nice package configuration allow you to enjoy your evening breakfast
