Right in front of the Saskatoon beach resort, clean DoubleDoor Guest House

We used the DoubleLouis Guest House while traveling in Shetland and it was very satisfying. First position is the best. It is easy to walk right next to the Saskatoon beach, and it is perfect for walking on the beach in the morning. Close to the sea, while staying in the hostel, I could feel the atmosphere of the resort.
The facilities were also clean and carefully managed so we could relax comfortably. The common space was cozy and a good sense of design, so it felt good during the stay, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There were a lot of small details that cared about the travelers.
Overall, the location is good and the facilities are excellent, which makes it a highly recommended guesthouse for those who plan to travel to Shikoku. I think you can be happy with friends, lovers, family members.

It is suitable for friends to travel by car. The beach is not far from the house, and the hygiene is quite clean.

Feels like home

Very helpfull and friendly host. The hostel just nearby the beach. We stay in rooms for 2. Got balcony to dry your cloth and rooftop terrace to enjoy the night. Basic breakfast just like common hotel. Wi-fi is great too.
p/s : Got dog but don't worry, she is super friendly.

The place where you want to return

We spent 4 nights there, the room and the bathroom were clean, we even had a balcony and we spent one evening on the rooftop terrace. The hostel is really near the sea, couple of minutes walking. They have a nice terrace on the first floor as well and you can eat breakfast there if the weather is nice. The owner was really friendly and hospitable, spoke really well in English, shared the map with us, showed the places worth visiting and explained how to get there and was willing to chat. We had a really nice stay and we felt like home! I would definately want to go back one day :)

Highly recommended

Incredibly kind and helpful hosts. The hostel is lovely, near Ueongchi-Beach (외옹치해변) and in walking distance of Sokcho-Beach. Cafes, Restaurants und convenient stores are nearby. Daepohang is about 15-20 minutes walk away. The room itself was very clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was Self-Service in the open kitchen and all the basics were available. The only downside was the rather small bathroom, it was a bit of a hassle to shower in it. But all in all it was a very nice stay and we will definitely come again.
