Top Notch Desert Luxury
Hotel Chaco was a highlight of my trip. The location is incredibly convenient—I didn’t need a car at all except for the airport. Sawmill Market is right across the street with tons of food options, and Old Town is just steps away.
The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing. I stayed in a junior suite with a panoramic view of the Sandia Mountains, which was spectacular. The spa is well done and very calming, and the rooftop restaurant is elevated with great local flair.
The staff truly stood out—everyone was welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to Joey and Avi at the front desk, and Ellie and Landon at the restaurant.
I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property for an elevated stay in Albuquerque.

July 4th Disappointment
Wonderful hotel; but zero responsiveness when you have an issue. I've answered their post-stay survey, left a text on their customer service number, and personally spoke with the front desk upon our departure. Not as much as a "we're sorry" from anyone. We had a distinct concern re: the room's cleanliness, but apparently not a big deal for them!

Great Stay in ABQ!
My partner and I had a wonderful two-night stay at Hotel Chaco! The gym was excellent, the pool and hot tub were clean and renewing. Plugs on both sides of the bed! TWO LUGGAGE RACKS IN THE ROOM (this never happens). Special thanks to Matt for going above and beyond to make it a memorable stay for us.

We live in NM and stay here almost every time we overnight in Albuquerque. In our opinion it's the be st hotel in town. If you want to explore Old Town it's in easy walking distance. The Sawmill Market (restaurants and bars in a single spot) is right across the street. It's also within easy driving distance of many spots and is much better than a motel along I-25 or I-40.

Overall, it's a nice hotel and well kept. Everything was great, except for some issues in the room. Bathroom fan did not work, the refrigerator did not work well at all. The television did not connect to wifi for is to watch Netflix, and lastly seemed like the room was not sound proof very well.
