My experience at the Avalon was exceptional from start to finish. I was impressed with every aspect of the property, including the location, service, food, and professionalism of the staff and management team.
Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and committed to providing an excellent experience. The Food & Beverage team was particularly impressive, and the overall level of service exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend the Avalon for both overnight accommodations and event hosting. I would absolutely consider staying here again and would be confident recommending the property to others.

Nice location but not well maintained

Nice location for the shopping at Avalon. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room was not well maintained and the air conditioning on the 12th floor appeared to be inoperable, the floor was extremely warm. The sheets were torn, there were stains on the pillow cases and mold in the shower. This was the third Autograph Collection property we stayed at during the week and it did not live up to the Autograph Collection standards. Probably will not return. Brunch at the restaurant was amazing.

Beautiful hotel in a busy shopping area

The hotel is beautiful. The fitness area is good. The front desk people are very personable and helpful. I would like to specifically call out Julian. He is very friendly and a wealth of knowledge. Breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately the Marriott credit did not cover the cost.

Great place to stay but had to remove a star

First floor of this hotel is gorgeous. Valet was kind and took us wherever we needed to go. Starbucks is a plus. It was nice to have a live singer in the evening but mic was way too loud. Room is somewhat on the small side but very clean. I have to remove one star because there is a large sliding barn door in front of the bathroom and it was so hard to open and close that at times took two people. It also did not offer enough privacy.

Another Great Stay at the Hotel at Avalon

Another Great Stay at the Hotel at Avalon----clearly the best hotel in the greater Alpharetta area. Excellent vibe throughout the hotelmade possible by attentive and outgoing staff. Had a slight snafu with the rooms we booked for the family, but Lexy at front desk and Manager Edith quickly and professionally solved the issue. First rate attention and response.
We'll continue to use Hotel at Avalon as our go-to hotel in Alpharetta
