The check in was quick and the desk suggested a good restaurant nearby for dinner. I didn't find out until check out that the hotel is in the process of changing bathroom liquids (shampoo, conditioner, etc) and that most of the bottles in the shower were empty. They did provide the tiny individual bottles, but I wasn't sure why. Then, I was all wet before figuring it all out.The room was also missing the hair dryer and the desk said, oh, you should've called. No, it should've been there already.

This is a not so great hotel. Everything is old. The bed are lumpy and soft, the decor very outdated. The wall and carpets in the halls are badly beat up.
The room seemed fairly clean. It is very overpriced

It is in a good location, not too far from the airport. There is plenty of parking. I did have a problem with a double charge. I booked through Hotels.com with one card, but paid with a different one at the hotel. The person who checked me in did follow procedures, and my card registered with Hotels.com was charged as well. The hotel caught the mistake and refunded the money to the card I presented at the hotel. The problem was I didn't want to use that particular card. I didn't get any explanation, so I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what had happened.
Also, at breakfast they ran out of spoons, and the place was packed. I felt sorry for the staff because everyone was asking for spoons to eat their cereal and yogurt. All they could say was that they were waiting for them to arrive. I was entertained watching people find ways to function without spoons.

Headline: Helpful staff and decent breakfast, but avoid this rundown place if you can.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. I needed more towels and shampoo/ conditioner and the staff came to the room pretty promptly. Breakfast was good. Compared to other similarly situated brands there was a variety of hot breakfast options including a pancake maker.
But I would still recommend avoiding this place because it is rundown and depressing. I paid only slightly less here versus what other brands charged and regretted it. The pool is cold. There used to be a hot tub / spa that warmed the pool too. But they poured concrete into the hot tub probably because it was hard to maintain. The ceiling light in the pool is broken as if you're in a building in a bad neighborhood.
It feels Wyndham is just extracting market room rates using its brand from unwitting travelers. I wish I had paid slightly more and had a much better experience. Don't make my mistake!

Very disappointed in the entire experience. The hotel is not well maintained, the carpet is thread bare, little to no hot water, shampoo and body wash dispenser were both empty. The entire place felt dirty
