The worst night I’ve ever experienced at Marriott

That being said, we’re disappointed that your overnight experience did not match the celebration. A comfortable and restful night is a fundamental part of any hotel stay, and between the late-night street noise and the issues you experienced with the air conditioning, we understand why you left feeling exhausted and frustrated. We also recognize that, as a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member, you expected better from your accommodations.
We appreciate you sharing both the highlights and the shortcomings of your visit. Your comments regarding the room will be shared with our team so we can address these concerns. We hope the wonderful birthday celebration remains a great memory and that we have an opportunity to provide you with a much more restful experience in the future.

Employee Engagement- Customer Satisfaction
A property is a property, but it is the people that makes the difference for me as a lifetime platinum member and having stayed in hotels on average over 100 nights a year for so many years. Definitely have hired the right staff and management training has done a wonderful job but as well these individual individuals personalities need to be recognized.
Hotel cleanliness was an A+ with fresh coffee offered each morning and an incredible view of Centennial Park from the upstairs sky lounge. Furnished fitness room was adequate and the second room we were provided was fantastic. The first room. (#803) should not be sold at exuberant or similar rates and definitely should not be provided when your long standing Bonvoy members are using their points that took them so many nights and money to acquire as this was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever had the claustrophobic pleasure of staying in inclusive of hotel rooms in downtown Manhattan. Hotel mgmt- Ulari made it right on our second night and again I would like to mention how thoughtful and forthcoming the employees were as it allowed us to overlook our first nights stay.
We actually had Donovan the ballet wish us well on our departure so here again from beginning to end would totally recommend this autograph property. Thank yoy

We’re glad Utari was able to address the situation and provide accommodations that made the remainder of your stay much more comfortable.
From the cleanliness of the hotel and morning coffee to the SkyLounge views overlooking Centennial Olympic Park, it sounds like you were able to experience much of what makes the Glenn special. Most of all, we’re grateful that the care shown by our team turned an imperfect first night into a stay you would still recommend.
