Overpriced, overrated place to stay

UPDATE: STILL NO WI-FI OR ABILITY TO USE ELEVATOR!
A week without the ability to use the elevator, Wi-Fi, phone, watch tv, or even use the ice machine. Went down stairs and Still no update on when the Wi-Fi, phones, TV, and elevator will be back up and running. Imagine just having to sit in your room not able to work, watch tv, or use the Wi-Fi. Imagine being on the 3rd floor and having to haul your laundry up and down several flights of stairs. Imagine making groceries and having to carry them all up stairs along with cases of water, making multiple trips. No offer for assistance from management or staff. On 5/4/26 they decided to issue $25 off on the next stay(when all they’re going to do is raise the price as they do each week anyway, so it’s really not going to be a credit or $25 off as they say). We’re paying almost $400 a week now. $394 is not worth the stay They stated it’s due to a lightening strike near by, but no other business has had this issue. Coincidentally, they’re still able to use their system to process payments. Imagine we have elderly people, disabled vets, and pregnant women on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor, who have to endure the struggle of walking up and down several flights of stairs. Mind you just last month we encountered the same issue with the elevator and no Wi-Fi for a little over a week. Since they have swapped internet providers we’ve continuously had issues using the Wi-Fi. Either unable to connect, continuously getting disconnected, having to continuously input in the access code, etc. keep in mind we weren’t compensated then either. The location is horrible due to the traffic and construction. We got the shell and McDonald’s though. They have a no smoking marijuana policy, but that’s all you smell in the rooms and hallway. My ol’lady say The lady Sabrina said it’s nothing she can do since it’s no way to determine. Luckily we got approved for housing, so we won’t be here much longer.

Room was clean, however the property had recently been struck by lightning. Therefore, there was no wifi and the elevators and phones were not working. I was notified at check in.

The staff were nice but the whole hotel smells like onions especially the staircase and I had no WiFi !! The whole week I was there and the elevator went down .

They wouldn’t honor late checkout even though they said it was available at an extra charge, which I was happy to pay. I was called 2 hours before checkout to ensure I leave. Not a great checkout experience.

A lot of tweakers and disability people that complain about everything like it’s some retirement home and the rooms are not clean, and the carpets are nasty
