Friendly and patient staff
Love the night time front desk rep Pricsilla was so patient with me having bank login issues and a slow phone to get funds moved to check in

AVOID NO SECURITY
I'm writing a review of a hotel I stayed for 17 days. Rewrite and make it sound professional.
Avoid this place at all cost, I booked here for a 17 day stay on business. This hotel management/staff do not care about your safety and security, when I first checked in, their system was down, there was no protocol to verify current patrons, you just tell them a room number and they would make you an instant key to access the room, had I been a criminal, I would have access to your hotel room. They did not ask for identification, or look in the system to see if I was a guest there, I would give them the benefit of doubt, but the person that gave me an instant key to a room I called out was not the same person that checked me in. This was not only dangerous but careless and irresponsible. Be sure to check your receipts upon checkout, upon check in management did not tell me where to place soiled linens, I placed them outside the room door for housekeeping to collect, one of the staff that lives there free, discarded the bag thinking it was trash and left a rude notice in my room, then tried to charge me $25 for their screwup. When I disputed the fee, the manager walked me over to a sign posted on the elevator door, an area where many guest on the end first floor can never see it. The smells in the laundry area and hall way are beyond putrid, I had to keep the air conditioning system on daily to keep what whatever was biting me while trying to work. This place is horrible, I recommend staying at the north facility if you can manage. Never again here.

Great customer service
I would like to acknowledge our front desk Pricella who since it on has been very sweet & made me feel so welcom. She goes out of her way to make sure you're taken care of. Since day one I felt for her cause the system was down and she was having to check the guest in & take them to the room because the the access card system was down. Then come back down & redo it again. Also having to do laundry cause the hotel was short on towels. She deserves a raise . JS.
Room was fair, floor was sticky, an odor in the room, and restrooms were a little dirty. At the moment I went ahead and did some mopping, sweeping, disinfect the restroom. Smelled way better afterwards. I also noticed hallways looked very filthy. Hadn't been vacuum since my stay.
But all in all I give our front desk Precilla a #10 for being attentive to your guest. God bless you for your hard work.

Priscilla was amazing along with the assistant manager. They helped me out in tough situations and I treated them with respect and they respected me. I know they get yelled at a lot but I wanted to share that they did their job well.

Dirty and not clean. Floor was sticky ac had mold smell. Would not stay and do not recommend
