Perfect Stay

Can’t say enough about our stay. Everyone was so helpful from the front desk to the rest of the staff. We had a wood fireplace and they were so gracious about stocking us up with wood and duralogs. No matter what we needed they were there. A huge shout out to the “crew”; especially, Hollie, Rus, & Josh! Thank you for helping to make our stay so perfect!

Relaxing, yet not

We did love the unit. Outdated or not, it met our needs with one exception... the beds. The twins were ultra hard and the king was hard and sagging. None of us slept well. Other than that, it was the relaxing time we were needing.

Excellent Property

This exceeded our expectations with the beautiful community, room and amenities! The townhome was newly renovated with comfortable beds and very clean. We were treated extremely well by the check in office and they checked on us regularly. I want to go back soon!

Wonderful getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful time with my daughter son-in-law and six month old grandson. Accommodations were great- new, clean and awesome -even had an electric fireplace. The pack and play crib and highchair were helpful- a wonderful surprise they could provide that. Staff was friendly. Location-beautiful. We hiked and saw a number of waterfalls and explored. We brought lots of food/snacks which was convenient. Overall it was relaxing- we all had a wonderful time!

Disappointed 1999

Upon arriving at check-in we were charged $158.20 amenities fee and $100.00 for incidentals. We were told that there was a detour to the unit and that the balcony’s at the unit were closed due to unsafe conditions. The balcony is part of the trip to the mtns. That make the trip so enjoyable. Sitting out in the cool and enjoying nature. Oh by the way you can’t open the windows in the living room. I have been and rci member since 1999 and have never been disappointed in an exchange resort until this time

We are so sorry that you had a bad experience with us. The charge was actually for amenities, and we understand the frustration about the balconies and the detour, we hope that you give us another chance in the future.
