IT IS SUCH A JOY TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL...!!!

And we have, perhaps a dozen times over the past few years. The fun starts the instant you are greeted upon entering — and it never lets up no matter the staffer, they are each and every one friendly, professional and helpful. We owe particular thanks to GM Jeanette who helped us pick out the room we always love, a really big 2-Bedroom (King and a Queen)/2-Bathroom (both with tubs) Suite. It has screened windows that open for a breeze, it’s always clean and sparkling fresh (even the hallways are all throughout the hotel). The fitness room is just off the lobby, with free weights, machines, loads of towels, even a scale. Next door is the spotless laundry room ($3 wash, $3 dry and cashless, by credit card only). The dryer is huge and goes for 60 minutes so best to combine wash loads. There is an ice machine right between the fitness and laundry rooms. The outdoor pool is warm and inviting. Breakfast at the Residence Inn is always a hit — as it is here: delicious hot egg/ham sandwiches, sausage, breads/bagels, yogurts, little milk cartons. About an hour before breakfast (6:30 daily, 7 weekends), complimentary coffee is out to help you start your day. Thanks again, Jeanette — and you will see us again, and again.

Clean rooms, maintenance lacking, light over bathroom counter was so dim couldn't safely shave.
Air conditioner was impossible to control. If you set at one temperature, thermostat would not hold the temperature at the set position.

Amazing staff! Cleanliness was 100000%! We got the Two bedroom Suite with a pull out sofa bed! Room was clean as can be. One of the lights above the shower was out in one of the bathrooms I called the front desk let them know and it was fixed by the time we got back! Beds are comfortable! Overall will be choosing here again to stay!

Did not get the room we reserved

I was very disappointed that I reserved a 2 bedroom suite and found out once we got to the hotel to check in that there were no 2 bedrooms available. So we had to be in separate rooms. There was a large group of construction worker guys that probably stay there alot and that's who they cater to. The hotel rooms are a bit dated and need some minor repairs, but overall it was ok. The lobby and dining area were very updated and roomy. My advice is to call this hotel to reserve to make sure you get the room(s) you need. I would have changed hotels except we needed to be in that area for our event.
