Enjoyed my stay! <3
I really enjoyed my stay overall, the hotel is clean, well maintained, and in a great location to my work place.
From the moment I arrived, Julia at the front desk made me feel welcome. She was professinal, warm, informative, and went out of her way to ask me about allergies and
preferences wich told me right away that she acctually cares about her guset. That kind of attention to details is rare and much apreciated.
However, there was one incident that left a bad taste. I came down to the front desk around 7 or 8 pm to aks for a bottled of opener for my pelegrino since i brought one
and it was not the twist ones, the gentlean at the front desk was wearing a face mask and had his name tag hidden under his tie, He was estremeply rude, told me they don't have any bottled opener at the front
desk and cut me off mid-sentence when I tried to mention something about the TV in my room about the internet app was not working and never worked :(. He just said, "we dont have any, check the bar," and dismissed
me completely.
I'm not the type to leave a a one start review over one bad interaction, because my first impression with Julia was excellent and genuinely liked the hotel.
but that level of rudeness is hard to ignore, especially in a hospitality. I hope he gets the training he clearly needs.
That said, I'll defenitely be staying here again since I'll be working in the area and I know the hotel itself is great.
just hoping that one staff member learns to treat guests with a little more respect no mater age, ethnicity and appearance.

#1 Ants on bathroom counter and floor.. not a whole lot, but enough for me to notice…
#2 at breakfast, waffle iron wasn’t closing and staff in kitchen at the time couldn’t help, I just stood there not knowing how to fix it, and she didn’t care to get someone to help me.
#3 dining tables were extremely sticky, no one there to help clean off tables

Great place to stay!
Beautiful location near the water and plenty of sunshine. Well maintained hotel and busy during check in time. The room we had was clean and comfortable. Great quality control and the price is reasonable. There is a pool of you want to take a dip. It was a very peaceful stay. The breakfast is okay, they could offer more selection. I would recommend this location and I would stay again.

First, the room was perfectly fine. Roomy and comfortable. There are 2 big things that affected my rating. First, I guess I should have read more reviews because it wasn't very clear that you had to pay for parking. So if you are looking to stay here, factor in another $25 a night when you compare with other places. Second, I arrived after midnight and was ready to go to bed. I was on the 3rd floor but was woken up a few times by loud talking outside. I figured that noise traveled through the air conditioner system, only to find the next morning that the window was half open all night.

Super clean with ample and easy parking. Breakfast was really good and everything was well stocked even though it was very busy. Great location.
