One of Our Favorite Spots

Great property. Beautiful rooms. Outstanding service. Be sure to order a lemon drop from Lenny. You cannot possibly be disappointed.

My favorite hotel, full stop.

I’ve stayed at the Lincoln 7 times since it’s opened. This hotel is gorgeous. The roof top pool is so relaxing and the view is great. I’ve stayed during different seasons and each time, just perfect. It’s a converted mill building either high ceilings, gas fire place in each room, exquisite tapestries and bedding. Staff has always been welcoming and accommodating. Every guess gets a glass of prosecco at check-in. When checking out, the front desk offers chocolates. The bar in the lobby is very relaxing, service great and on occasion there is music.

Showstopper

OK, if I could move into this hotel, I’d pack my bags tomorrow. Everything has been tended to with such attention. The public areas shout, “rest here.” The rooms encourage you to settle in and stay a while. The staff was welcoming and personal, making each interaction feel like I was visiting with a good neighbor. Stay here. It’s a great jumping off point for visiting the area.

The Lincoln A Premier Destination

The Lincoln in Biddeford is the "best stay hotel value" in Maine. The rooms are modern, super clean and comfortable. The staff is welcoming, gracious and accommodating. The restaurant has a great menu and service to match. The main floor lounge and bar is spacious, living room seating, great drinks and bar menu with fabulous live entertainment four nights a week. The Lincoln is not just a hotel but a destination in Southern Maine to either visit or stay over.

Horrible experience- management is not focused on hospitality!

Beware- I rarely write reviews but the customer service aspect is completely removed. Horrible experience
Disappointing Experience – No Flexibility
We had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. When an unexpected situation came up and we couldn’t make our trip, they strictly enforced their policy with zero flexibility or understanding.
We understand policies exist, but basic hospitality should include some level of human consideration. The general manager was unhelpful and unwilling to offer any reasonable solution.
If there’s any chance your plans might change, beware — they will not accommodate you. We recommend saving your money and booking somewhere with better customer service.
