My only complaint is the fact that they required a $100 deposit, after I had paid completely online.
Supposedly, they are to refund that to my account. I have not seen that yet, but it’s only been a day.
So, in short, expect to pay $100 extra.

I was shocked at the poor condition of this place. Old and beat up. Definite lack of ongoing maintenance. The curtains were almost falling off the wall. The plumbing in the bathroom was yanked out of the wall. Half of the electric outlets did not work. The blow dryer did not work. There was no closet to hang up my clothes. And to top it have off blood stains on the sheets. The only good thing is proximity to the Billings airport. Literally a 2 minute drive. I will never stay here again.

Not a Bad Hotel Not Great Either

We arrived 1/2 hour before check in. I understand that sometimes rooms are not available but in this case we knew they were because they said we could check in early if we paid a fee. So the first experience of the hotel was not relaxing in a clean up to date room but of being inconvenienced. The hotel might think about whether the chance to make a few more dollars is a good trade off for making the first impression that the property does not have an interest in going above and beyond to make guests more comfortable. There was a small line up of people to check in at 3. So it would probably have been more effecient to check people in as they came. The parts of the room that appear in ads-- the bedroom looked nice. Up to date. Generally clean, it smelled like disinfectant when we checked in, which gives an impression of cleainess. My feet were black on the bottom after walking barefoot on the floor. The bathroom was a bit less up to date. The door was a bit off it's hinges and stuck. It was load at nice listening to the other occupant trying to escape the bathroom. The first night there were loud rowdy neighbors. There is no night desk so I wasn't sure who to call. I don't want the stay to sound worse than it was. You will probably not have a broken bathroom door and will have different neighbors. I will just reiterate that a first experience of a desk that wants to help is important in terms of your view of the place.

Jetted tub did not work. Poor water pressure in the shower with very small shower head. The staff however was excellent. Polite and helpful.

Really lovely stay, nice hotel, great staff. Only hiccup was were charged twice and are working with the bank to recover our funds
