A great experience in modern hotel in a convenient downtown location

First time for a three night stay at this lovely new hotel in the downtown area. Had a inviting modern lobby with a nice gym with cardio and free weights. I did not see a pool. The room was clean and spacious with safe and drink fridge. There is an awkward placed lamp by the bed board which was loose. I can see someone hitting it with their head. My room overlooked the construction of another building and I was woken up at 7am by the sound of trucks. The front desk was friendly and helped me with getting a sewing kit to fix my broken button. Bed was comfortable and I slept well after I turned off the air conditioning system which would have kept me up. The breakfast buffet was ok but I chose to eat at a local diner within visual distance of the front door.

Gorgeous hotel in the heart of the city

What a beautiful hotel and service! We came for the weekend trip, The location was wonderful, the hotel modern, new, with great amenities. The rooms are spaceous, well equiped, Bedding was one of the most comfortable I slept in. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and the same goes for the restaurant employees. Morning breakfast was delicious and affordable. Highly recommend this beautifu hotel.

The staff was great especially Jim who was the valet and met us at 11:30 PM. He had a luggage cart for us and watched the car until I returned to take it to the rental company. The room was clean, breakfast was great. I have stayed at other AC hotels and all have been wonderful.

New hotel in a great location

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the AC hotel in Burlington. The hotel has only been open since fall of 2025. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring downtown Burlington. Church Street marketplace is only a couple minutes from the hotel and Lake Champlain is also a short walk. The on-site café called Jitters was absolutely wonderful. This became our go to spot for coffee each morning after trying several other coffee houses and being disappointed. The staff was wonderful and they have a very nice drink and food menu. Be aware that Burlington gets a little sketchy after dark, there is a large homeless population. Our last night in town instead we decided to grab a bite to eat at Jitters instead of walking to church street. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a trivia night and we had alot of fun. If you are staying in Burlington I highly recommend the AC.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Check in and out was easy. We enjoyed our stay. Loved the balcony view. Close to downtown area and plenty to see.
