Hospitable, pleasant, clean, awesome !
I stayed for two weeks on a business trip and received the best hospitality ! The check-in was quick and without any issues. Miami was super pleasant, helpful and even provided some food/restaurant options in the area. The Manager’s Reception in the lobby was the cherry on top ! After a loooong day of work, our bartender Ron made sure we unwinded with some delicious drinks! He was awesome! The vibe was relaxing and charcuterie was also provided. Housekeeping also refreshed my room everyday. The view of the bridge every morning and night was breathtaking. I had a great comfortable and relaxing stay !

Couldn't ask for better! Very close to downtown Charleston and Sullivan Beach.
Location is perfect. Just over the bridge to the right. As you ascend in the parking garage you are level with the Cooper River Bridge. Great view from hotel and our room of the Cooper River and downtown Charleston. Area around Embassy was relaxing with great close-by restaurant choices.
Room has great space and well accommodated. Nice touch to the welcome bag given at check in. Kind and professional staff from front desk, evening reception to the breakfast staff. We had no interaction with bar, restaurant, and
cleaning staff. We were busy exploring Charleston. Great place to stay. Don't miss this gem!

Another great visit to CHS
This was my third visit to CHS and once again stayed at the Embassy Suites in Mt. Pleasant - Just a few mins over the bridge and you are in downtown Charleston, or just a few mins to the best restaurants in Shrem Creek - Clean hotel, Great Breakfast (do the omelet its awesome) nightly Happy Hour - you can't go wrong if you pick this place - looking forward to our next visit - Also easy flight from Westchester on my favorite airline Breeze !!!!

Room not ready
Our room was not ready when we arrived. Caley D. at the front desk was awesome trying to communicate with housekeeping and us. She was not happy about it as she had requested that morning to make sure it was ready upon our arrival. She communicated with us when it was ready. She even went to check herself to make sure ready. She was positive, professional and compassionate.

Pleasant stay in Charleston area.
We have visited multiple times in the past few months. Accommodations are excellent. Convenient location. Dani is excellent. Assist with guest experience.
