We’re pleased to hear that you found our hotel to be a good value for the price and location while visiting Charleston. It’s also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the clean and quiet environment and were happy with the variety and quality of our breakfast.
We sincerely apologize, however, for the issues you encountered during your stay. Having shower water that was not even lukewarm is certainly frustrating, and we understand how important reliable hot water is for a comfortable hotel experience. This is an issue that should be addressed promptly, and we regret that it affected your stay.
We’re also sorry that your requested room refresh was not completed. When a guest makes a housekeeping request, we understand the importance of following through consistently, and we regret that this did not happen during your visit.

probably a Palmetto Bug...Definitely not. He sprayed and later that night one crawled across my husband's shoulder on the bed. This time I was again told that the Palmetto bugs come out when it rains. This was definitely a German cockroach...too small for a Palmetto Bug and didn't look anything like a young one. They offered to move my room and that was all. I will not be returning to this Sleep Inn.
