Really good included breakfast. Great staff!
Hotel is brand new, i really like the kitchenette setup. I’m really pleased that its a pet-friendly hotel. Will definitely book again.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at! Amber, who checked us in, was absolutely amazing and so welcoming. My husband and I booked a Studio King room, and it was spotless, fresh, and incredibly comfortable.
That evening, we enjoyed drinks at the bar, and the bartender was fantastic. He had an old-school charm, great conversation, and made the best martinis! We ended up having dinner & drinks at the hotel which was wonderful.
The next morning, we met the general manager, Rene, during breakfast. She introduced herself, was so kind and genuinely cared about her guests, taking the time to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. It's rare to see that level of hospitality.
Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh omelets made to order. I still can't believe such an amazing breakfast is complimentary!
We'll definitely be staying at the Element again the next time we're passing through Chattanooga. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

A different place
It was very pleasant, the room was fresh and clean. The staff was friendly. The food and drinks at the bar were amazing. And the breakfast made to order is delicious. I'm sure I'll go again!

Thanks Element!
I have been coming here once a month for the last year with the Marine Corps and it has always been a pleasant experience and always treated with smile and wonderful hospitality. And the staff are extremely helpful with any needs. Brad and Akash and breakfast staff are always great to see. I come here simply because of how these people treat me. Hotel extremely clean too! Bar has great drinks (love their captain morgan!) and freshly prepared food too!

Great stay! but needs improvement.
Pros: Overall, I had a good stay, mainly because of how wonderful the staff was. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and they were always friendly, helpful, and informative. My room was exceptionally clean and fresh, and the entire hotel was well maintained. I also enjoyed the fresh, delicious salad from the bar, and the pool was clean and refreshing. It’s also about a 15 min drive to where my cooperate office is located.
Cons: My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I specifically choose Element hotels because of their healthy, cooked-to-order breakfast options. This is the only Element I've stayed at that does not seem to follow the advertised breakfast concept. The website mentions a cooked-to-order healthy breakfast station with rotating items, but this location served the same unhealthy options every day during my week-long stay. When I asked if they could make egg whites with spinach chopped and sweet potatoes, I was told no they could only make an omelet. It’s not that hard to make an egg white from an egg. Because I follow a specific diet, I ended up making breakfast in my studio room every morning. If you rely on healthy breakfast options, this is something to be aware of.
Parking was another downside. After returning from work in the evenings, I often had to park at the neighboring Hilton and walk back to the hotel. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel comfortable walking at night, especially with homeless individuals in the surrounding area.
Despite these issues, I'm still giving this hotel a high rating because the staff truly made a positive impression, and the cleanliness of both my room and the hotel was outstanding. I would definitely consider staying here again if the breakfast better reflected the Element high standards and the parking situation improved.
