The entire experience from check in to breakfast the next morning and then checkout was seamless and great. Would definitely stay again.

WARNING: EXTREME OVERNIGHT NOISE

WARNING: EXTREME OVERNIGHT NOISE
The hotel itself was nice and the staff were very kind, but be aware of a serious overnight noise issue. We returned around 11 p.m. and found a large gathering outside the hotel. Starting around 11:30 p.m., cars were repeatedly revving their engines and drag racing directly outside our room. It continued until approximately 3 a.m., when police arrived to break it up.
We got essentially no sleep all night.
If you're considering staying here, ask about the overnight racing/noise before booking, especially if you need to sleep. The staff were courteous, but this was a major issue and something I wish we had known beforehand.

Thank you for your review. We truly apologize the inconvenience experienced due to the activity happening outside of the hotel. Unfortunately, we are unable to control what happens outside of building with the general public, but we truly understand your concerns. It is definitely not an every night occurrence and do hope you would give us another opportunity should travel bring you back to the Greater Cincinnati area.

Greeted with a Smile

This was our first stop on a 10 day road trip. We arrived really late - after 1:00 am; we were greeted with a smile.
Our room smelled like smoke but it was clean and it had beds and at that time of night, that’s all we needed. We were in the room for maybe 9 hours max.
The breakfast was fine; eggs, sausages, breads, pastries, make-your-own- waffles, etc. The breakfast area was really clean.
We didn’t hear any street noise but to be honest, a semi truck could have driven through our room and we wouldn’t have heard it because we were so tired and slept so well.

We are so glad you chose our hotel to be part of the road trip. Although it was a short stay with us, we are truly happy that you slept well and enjoyed breakfast before getting on the road. Thank you for sharing your experience.

This is an awesome hotel. You do have to park in parking garage. The Target one. NOT the one down and across the street. Loved that there was a Target attached to it. So many great eating places within walking distance. Felt very safe in the area.
The hotel specifically was very clean. The staff were very kind and professional. Lobby area was clean and inviting. Will definitely stay here again.
I stayed here to go to the zoo. It was an easy and short drive to the zoo.

Rooms on the street side are subject to street noise all through the night. Prices should be halved because we were lucky to sleep about half the night.
