The room was clean, but there was no linen service daily. Also, our TV did not work at all, so we just used our laptop computer. Breakfast was good (waffles), but the eggs and sausage were not tasty. The air conditioner was loud and turned off and on all night. The room above us was loud and we heard them stomping after midnight. Probably won't stay here again even with the good price per night.

Room smelled, door wouldn’t lock unless I lifted it a little, bathroom towel had a stain, one of the bedside lamps didn’t have a bulb, some outlets didn’t work.

Don’t stay here. This place is not rated correctly. There’s tons of trash on the property. The entrance reeked of cigarettes. There was no shampoo in the dispenser. Stains on the sheets. Mattress was super uncomfortable and the room smelled of mildew. They must have plastic under the sheets because your body sweats in the bed.

This was the worst hotel stay. I never complain about a property that I have stayed at but this one was nasty. The first thing we noticed was a crack in our door you could see inside the room. There was something all over the wall in the hallway in front of our room. There was a ton of dust on the ceiling fan, a hole in a chair. The room stunk. There was stains on the walls in the bathroom, looked like poop. The bathroom towels were stained so bad that we used our beach towels we took with us for the pool. The bathtub faucet was continuously dripping. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned in the pool area in a month of sundays. There was fale eyelashes and nails sitting around the pool. The maintenance door in the pool area was unlocked and wide open, mind you we had two kids with us one being 5 and the other 2. If he would have gotten in there and got hurt before I got to him we would have laid a lawsuit to them. This property needs to have the health department come in and shut them down. It has opportunity it the owners are not pooling their money into it to fix it. You can tell by the cracks in the drywall and such that they’re not keeping it up. Overpriced hotel!!! Very unsanitary. The other family that was traveling with us said the same thing and came across some kind of d of bug in the bathroom in their room. They also took pictures as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. They won’t refund your money either

Bed smelled like urine. The short trip up the stairs to the second floor (just made sense for me over elevators. Would have taken more time/exertion walking extra to use elevators, so not a critique on the stairs at all) grew increasingly dirty every day and every time I walked up them. There was literally more and more candy left on the stairs, dust bunnies, stains, etc. I mention this because this is just how the entire facility was cleaned (lacked cleaning), past the immediate entry way and front desk.
My room has some of the coffee/tea packets already opened and kind of thrown about the area they are staged in. Visible stains on the comforter. Just really bad all around. Clearly no one is cleaning. Definitely not to the level required for a hotel.
I simply had a very small window to research and book a hotel. I know better and should have did my due diligence. So it's also on me. And I was in town for business, so I just had to roll with everything and make the best of it all.
But beware!... At least I didn't see any bugs at all while there. I would have been out so quick and that would have been my breaking point.
