Beautiful property with a beautiful pool and easy beach access. We were disappointed in the extremely loud hip hop music being played at the pool Saturday afternoon. Had hoped to chat, read a book or relax. Sunday it rained so they moved the DJ and loud music into the lobby. We were trying to enjoy a snack and a cocktail but could not even hear one another. The place was packed with people waiting on their rooms. Several appeared to be exhausted and were trying to sleep/rest.

Staff was friendly, efficient, available at a moments notice for anything. The property is clean and well maintained, The location and atmosphere is great.

Incredible Vacation Spot

The maintenance of the room was spectacular, we always came back to a clean room and fresh towels. The staff is very friendly, the food was amazing, the views were beautiful, and the pool was amazing. The pictures did not prepare us for how gorgeous this place is. This hotel is in a great location as well. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be recommending it to everyone.

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful stay! The pool area is beautiful, and we made good use of the free chairs and umbrella at the beach.

Stunning hotel

We stayed at this hotel after a busy 10 nights in Kissimmee visiting the universal parks! This was just what we needed to relax at the end, stunning hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Location is 10/10 on the beach front next to pier 60. Hotel offers great food and drinks.. we took advantage of happy hour at the Eskpades bar between 4-6pm!! Rooms were keep stocked up and house keeping done a fabulous job throughout our stay. the valet guys were brilliant, had the car ready within 5 minutes of requesting and always had a smile on their face's. When BA unexpectedly cancelled our return flight the hotel were able to offer us an extra two nights in our existing rooms. My only negative was that every bill (food/drinks/coffee) has an automatic 19% gratuity added (which is expected) but they print the bill with an additional tip line when you sign so you almost feel by giving zero extra you haven’t tipped but forgetting they already have added the 19%, we also had one bar tender round the pool explain that any addition gratuity goes direct to him whereas the 19% is shared which makes you feel like you should tip extra. Still giving this hotel 5 stars as can’t fault anything else and it would not put us off returning.
