This is a very clean and nice hotel especially for the price. I travel to Cleburne often, so I will make this my standard hotel.

Awful “General manager”
Hi, I would like to start with if I could give this place 0 stars all the way around I would.
On 4/06/2026 I booked 1 week reservation. I went in for my reservation that had my children and my service dog on there.
The “property manager” immediately gives me issues as I’m checking in, as soon as he saw he started asking me a million questions while a girl was trying to help. (I’m the only customer in there, none of my kids or dog). The guy asked for my DL I gladly provided that and my card to pay for my reservation.
He then asked to see my service dog, so I bring him in. He immediately argued that my dog is no service dog, I said I have the papers he said “I don’t want to see the f*ing papers”. I calmly told him it’s against ada to refuse my dog, the guy then comes around the counter and starts chasing me out. My husband was standing by my car and luckily I hollard for him and the guy stopped and went back in.
So I left, but he kept my DL. So I made a call (all of this is on video) to confirm he had my DL and I told him I’d be back in the morning to get it as it was already 11pm.
I get there and he gets an additude right away, so I again, calmly tell him that I’m here for my DL (phone recording in my pocket) and he then tells me if I don’t delete the videos he will not give me my drivers license back. I told him I was not doing that but he cannot hold it from me. He still refused so I called Cleburne pd, showed them the video, the cop went in there after hearing the argument recording and the guy tried to lie again (even being recorded) to the cops. So I think they may have told him keeping my DL knowingly is a crime. He finally gave it to the cop.
So now I have my DL, I am contacting corporate, corporate emails me all of this to call the property manager, so I did and guess who it was.. that’s when I actually found out he was the property manager. I have made multiple calls like told in the email to ask for property owner, property manager ect ect and they are doing absolutely nothing. So today I got tired of waiting for responses and called the motel 6 again and a lady argued on the phone that no one else was gonna be there till NEXT Friday… so owner if you see this id gladly send you videos of your violent, discriminating, hateful employees. I’ve got about 5 different videos

There was a sewage smell downstairs that seemed to permeate the whole first floor. But everything else was ok. The front desk clerk (young lady with piercings and pink hair) very nice and courteous. Bed was pretty good.

Lock on room did not work, poorly kept inside with broken items, cigarette holes in bedspread, etc.
