No soap. Only shampoo and conditioner in one room. Smelled of weed in the other room. First room (no soap) was not ready on time and had to wait over an hour for it. Looked like mold on the ceiling in both rooms. Don't expect a microwave. Only one room had one.

What a pleasant surprise. The room couldn't be any cleaner nor the bed any more comfortable. I will definitely return.
The swimming pool gate was locked and I had no key or instructions. The neighbor's dog barked loudly and constantly.
I was unlucky there.
Still a great place.

Horrible experience

Completely disappointed with our stay here. We have been here numerous times over the last four years and our stay this past weekend was absolutely the worst. To start with, our room was not ready on time. So, we went to the pool which had green mold along the bottom edges and a discusting film on top of the water. It was clear the pool had not been cleaned in a while. We had no remote in the room for the duration of our stay. We tried contacting the property manager and left a message but never recieved a return call. Called Monday and was finally able to speak with someone. I was told I would recieve a return call from management. Got a return call from someone who was not even in the same state, which was no help at all. This property has gone downhill and on-site management appears to be non-existent. Save yourself a headache and stay somewhere else.

The location is private. Pickup food prior to arriving since you'll be back tracking to grab a bite to eat if you don't bring you're own. Microwave and small fridge available. Tiny coffee maker and hair dryer too. Place has clean rooms but along the fence line I saw lots of trash. It was a windy weekend though. Quiet. Close to a marina. Beautiful view of the water.
It's a quaint place. Our one bedroom was small but comfortable.
