We had a very nice stay! Very impressed how clean everything was. Enjoyed the pool, loved the hot tub too! Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again

We were charged a refundable $25 pet deposit plus a $25 pet fee for one night for 1 house cat. She is very neat and did not make a mess. We have a portable litter box that she 100% uses. More than 3 days later, we have not received the $25 refundable pet deposit back.

It was spotless. The staff was very helpful. This Hotel was the kind of place you would hope to find every night your traveling. The breakfast was good, the serving, and seating are was clean. Everything was clean!

Parking issue
We have stayed at this hotel numerous times. We travel for our business we always have a pickup with a trailer. We always park in back. Never had an issue. My husband has trouble walking and we have handicap plaque. We never park our truck and trailer in handicap. But we do try to get close to a door. Last night after checking in showering relaxing we get a call from front desk. You have to move your truck next door behind the Dennys restaurant. I asked why she said they was full and needed spaces. So my husband got dressed and went and moved truck. During the night another truck and trailer parked exactly where we had been. We travel 3-4 nights in hotels each week. Never had a hotel make us
Move our truck. We stay at many Hilton property’s. The shower floor has many issues. Sounds like it is about to crack and break. We asked at front desk this morning why we had to move. Another truck parked there and the hotel not full. Open parking all over. Don’t really like being lied to. We are in our sixties. He said corporate is to blame. Don’t want trucks parking. Well we been doing this 3 yrs and most of the people staying are workers with trucks. Big trucks. Run your trucking workers off. Good plan.

We’re also concerned to hear your feedback regarding the condition of the shower floor, and that has been shared with our maintenance team for inspection and follow‑up. Your comments have been escalated to hotel leadership to review our parking procedures, guest communication, and how we better accommodate our long‑term business travelers.
