Nice stay overall, except for the following:
1. Vanity sink could not drain because the control handle was unhooked from the drain plug. Kudos to the maintenance personnel who immediately fixed the issue
2. Toilet seat was very loose
3. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not function.
(We recommend that the housekeeping staff check for these types of maintenance issues before guests occupy the room)
4. In our suite room, the floor plan was very unusual. From the bedroom you have to walk clear across the sitting room to get to the bathroom.
5. The sofa was especially small. Therefore, an added comfy chair works be a nice touch.
6. Potentially dangerous issue in the bathroom. If someone is in the bathroom and if they leave a drawer open in the lower right side of the vanity, there is no way to open the door from the outside of the person inside has a medical emergency, because the open drawer blocks the door.
7. Tried to wash two mugs in the kitchen sink, but could not get the water hot. So, we tried to wash them in the DW but could not get it to work.
The breakfast was much better than most hotel breakfasts. There was a wide variety of selections besides the usual dry scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. The egg bites were excellent, and we appreciated the pork sausages. ( exception: there was no oatmeal option)

Not worth the price
I used the mobile app for check-in and was never notified my room was ready. I went to the hotel to check in at 4:30 and the first room we were given had white per hair all over the couch. The second room had dirty spoons in the silverware drawer (food on the spoons, not just poor washing) and a burned out light bulb in the lamp by the door. They had just replaced the refrigerator in the room so it was not cold yet and could not be used and apparently maintenance was not expecting the room to be assigned as they walked in unannounced (used the master key without knocking) to finish the cleanup from putting the frig in. The rooms are small for the price you pay. The toilets are low and hard for seniors to get up from. It's been a while since I have experienced low toilets in a hotel. I'm very disappointed to have paid what I did (over $200) expecting a cleaner, more spacious and better appointed room. There were a lot of options in town and I chose Marriott expecting better. I'm very disappointed.

Great staff
Our room was good. The Internet was extremely slow, so I took off one star. The staff was extremely nice and Toby, who was our kitchen hostess, went above and beyond to help us with a huge mess!

Great room with great amenities. 2 bedrooms living room and full kitchen. Great condition. Had a pet relief area too. Super pet friendly.
