Amazing Service and Nice Hote

We stayed here for a baseball tournament with the rest of team and parents. We chose the hotel because of the close proximity to the games near the Boeing-Everett. Turned out this hotel was perfectly located in Everett, close to a lot of good food options. The rooms were big enough and had all the necessary amenities. The bar/bistro choices were ample and pretty good (the hummus was really good), plus they had live music in the lobby. The gym was bigger than average for a Courtyard, which is always a nice bonus. The garage parking made it safe and convenient for coming back from games later in the evening. The best part about this hotel was the exceptional customer service. Everyone was friendly and willing to answer and help with any questions. A special shout out to the Front Office Supervisor, Marlene Kostiuk - she was super friendly, very helpful and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She's a great person to have at the front desk checking folks in!

the first room we were put in was tiny and with a sliver of a window. I requested a better room and they did move us up to the next floor, better light and a little larger room, but still was not impressed with this hotel. too expensive for what I got

I have been staying at the Courtyard in Everett for nearly 2 years at least 1-2x a month. The security is awesome here. The parking is fairly reasonable and not a bad thing, being connected to the local police dept, lol. Marlene, at the front desk is absolutely hands down, the most pleasant lady ever. Other courtyards don't come close to the level of customer care as this location

Comfortable, centrally located stay in Everett--perfect for a concert weekend

I stayed one night here while visiting Everett for a concert, and it was a very good experience all around. I picked this hotel primarily because of its location, which was within walking distance of the Apex Everett center, where the concert was. I didn't venture out of the hotel otherwise, but it seemed that there were ample bars and restaurants within walking distance that were very convenient to the hotel.
My room was a Guest room, 1 King, and it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. I especially loved the couch by the window, which was a comfy place to chill and watch the television--which had YouTube and Netflix connectivity. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Aside from a somewhat noisy air conditioning unit, the room was completely comfortable, and I rested well.
I ate dinner at the first floor bistro, and while it was not the fanciest place, I enjoyed the flatbread pizza I ordered. My experience was so positive, that I went back down in the morning to grab a breakfast sandwich, which came with a surprisingly good cup of fresh fruit, to enjoy back in my room. The service was friendly and quick, and it was nice to be able to take care of meals without leaving the hotel.
My stay was short, but based on this experience I would definitely consider this hotel again if I find myself in Everett again.

Great hotel, beautiful, and well appointed. Unfortunately despite paying extra for breakfast for 2 during our booking, they said we had to pay again on-site. Very disappointed in that and I was tempted to complain.
