The stay was great! Rooms were clean. All employees were very kind and courteous. We will definitely stay here again!

Dirty small rooms in a sketchy area. Avoid!

The hotel is fairly newly built but already dirty probably due to mismanagement of housekeeping and poor maintenance. We arrived late (around 9 pm) and our room, which was supposedly cleaned midday was dirty and smelled musky. The bathroom was dirty with poop splatter under the toilet lid, the sink was dirty with hair, the floor had not been swept, and the shower for whatever reason was still wet at 9 pm! The bed linens were soiled in one of the beds. There was black particles with yellow stains on the sheets. The other bed had hair and the sheets were super dingy. There were sticky spots visible on the bedside table where the previous guest’s cup had leaked onto the table. One of the lamps over the bed has a shortage. You have to hit it to make it turn on. There’s no in-room safe, so you’ll have to take your valuables with you. When we complained and requested another room, we were told the hotel is booked even though there were rooms available online. The desk clerk came up to the room with two rolled up balls of bed linens. She changed one bed and cleaned the bathroom. I could tell that she realized how crazy it looked. I expected better from a Hilton brand, but you pay for what you get. This hotel is somewhat of a dump. I cannot believe how thin and worn out and dingy/soiled their linens are, especially given that this is a daily new hotel. Hilton should be ashamed. I will NEVER stay at Tru again! There’s no excuse for failure to properly clean and sanitize rooms after each guest. The front desk people are lukewarm at any given time. On our way out for the day, the front desk girl just looked at us out the corner of her eyes, no salutation whatsoever. It’s no hospitality at this place. Stay elsewhere!

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel was nice, the room was comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. I also appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast, which was a nice added value.
My only concern was the bathroom cleanliness. There was hair in the shower, around the sink, and on the bathroom floor, so it seemed like the bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning before check-in.
That said, everything else about my stay was positive. I would consider staying here again, but I’d hope for a little more attention to detail when it comes to housekeeping.

Great place! Very clean and rooms were a large size. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was delicious.

My girls and I loved this hotel. Not only that it was close to the college my daughter is going to , but it was very clean. All the staff were very friendly and asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was very yummy as well .Will definitely be staying there again.
