Beautiful

Accidently found this place looking for a work-cation for my wife and I.
Glad I did. It is totally awesome..
If you like the old Florida feel with modern conveniences, this fills the bill.
Pool on one side and the Gulf on the other.
The sunsets were so beautiful.
We will be back.

Gem of Casey Key

Applause, this place was better than many 5 star hotels for comfort, access, amenities, and beautiful surroundings. Start to end, the convenience to beach, pool, market, or restaurant, I loved it all as did my family.
There are no signs at the pool with warnings about anything, it's like you're staying in your own home. My bed was comfortable, it looked like a display in a nice department store. Kitchen was fully equipped, and the staff made sure we had clean towels and everything we needed.

Beautiful spot on the beach.

Well maintained beach front motel/apartments. Corn hole, hammocks, pool. Very friendly staff. Clean room. We relaxed for a week and would love to go back. Housekeeping is not included but they have laundry room and towels upon request. They leave you alone but are there if you need them. Perfect place to stay for a beach trip.

Beach paradise!

Suntan Terrace came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Patty was a pleasure to work with, and the place is darling. Small room, but very clean and well appointed. Perfect location! Will definitely stay again!

One Hugh Disappointment

Been a Guest for the past 8 years and absolutely adored this place. Then I had a reunion there with an out of state friend I recently reconnected with after 12 years. Made reservations for beachside apartment. Was assigned apartment across the street instead upon our arrival. Check in Clerk said no beachside available due to construction on beachside rooms : and what beachside rooms were not in construction were assigned to people that were staying longer than us. I was still charged the same (total $854 for less than a 48 hour stay). She said they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom apartment. Didn't need a 2 bedroom apartment. Just wanted a beachside room as advertised on, and shown, on their website. Has always been this way in the past, Then, we were told by guests staying below us they took a significant amount of money off their bill for across the street accomadations instead of beachfront they originally booked. I will never book here again. I will never recommend this Hotel again to anyone. This should have been disclosed to me at booking. I would have found another Resort for this special occasion.
