Bed noy comfortable

Clean quiet nice but the bed matress is soft and sunk like being in hamic. No bob springs just springs that you could see that sag. I would of stayed longer but got a bad ache. Had nice kitchen and living room with TV.. ..........................................

Awful

One of the filthiest hostels in the world. Th e floors were covered in dirt and stains. The room temperature was extremely hot with no ventilation. The host was very rood. The kitchen deserves to be closed due to unsanitary conditions. Mice poop in the shower, and to top it off the shower barely worked. The pillows were reeking of Vernon. I cannot express enough distaste towards this place. Honestly it should be shut down.

Real hotel or cyber pirates

Now I only clicked 'alone' and August 2023 because I couldnt send this SOMEHOW without clicking something for those answers...BUT careful with crocodhouse because I ATTEMPTED to go there but had to cancel February 2023 and they still haven't sent my refund although I was promised a full refund by the woman on the phone in the event I should have to cancel my stay, which I have cancelation receipts from them for and it's now July 2024. .. So be careful because it may be a fake site associated with booking.com and Priceline.vom who give people the run around perhaps when they know you can't get to them in person to demand a refund. Real run around customer service reps since last February is my review of crocodhouse do far. And my refund is only about $260.!!!!

Very old fashioned and unclean place.

I stayed here for two nights very recently and was unimpressed to say the least. First of all you can’t get into the building until after 3, there was no one there and you have to wait for a two codes to come through to allow you access to the property. So I was habngig around for hours which was annoying, I wasn’t expecting to necessarily check in, but to just leave my bags there etc. And the location also isn’t the best your a 45 minute walk to the beach/downtown at least!
Second of all inside it’s very old fashioned and dated needs a major makeover, in my room alone room 3 there was a big damp stain on the ceiling. And finally it wasn’t very clean I actually have felt ill recently from staying there so I definitely wouldn’t recommend to stay here.

Look out for nasty manager

In two bed room my roommate was snoring
So I went to couch in living room in middle of nite to get some sleep. The manager around 6 am came out and slapped me hard on the back and demanded why I was there. His anger and demeanor was most inappropriate. So at 6 am I left because I felt in danger. Booking.com and he would not refund my second nite.
This place gets a - 0 and I would stay as far away from that place as far as possible.
