We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautiful. The pool view was nice. There are trains that go by often but it didn’t bother me (I’m from Fort Lauderdale)

Meh!
Not sure what these 4/5 star reviews are for. This is a mid-level hotel/resort…at best!
Arriving late at night, the lobby is 2-floors up from the street, the escalator is broke, and you need a key-card to get into the elevator lobby. We’re leaving on a cruise, so we have a lot of luggage, we have no option but to haul everything up a broken escalator, at 200am. What would my mother do? What would my grandmother do? Wait on the street at 200am for a stranger to come along and volunteer to help her? Absolutely ridiculous!
Then, the room is literally 1.75 miles away, a never ending hallway and 23 turns and multiple locked doors to navigate, what is this place? A nuclear power plant? Again, absolutely ridiculous!
Morning comes around…coffee? Nope, only decaffeinated in the room. Ask for regular at the front desk, someone brings…you guessed it! More decaffeinated!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!
Combined with one tv in a 3-bedroom suite…whats up with that? And dinged up walls, no patio furniture, uncomfortable inside furniture…what on earth am I doing at this place? Oh yeah…and 2…TWO elevators for 40+ floors of guests, you wait 10+ minutes every time you need to use them. I mean…there is no enjoyment or relaxing to be had here…period!

Very clean property and attentive staff. No comment on amenities as we didn’t use them. The issues that can’t be fixed but are a turn off include the loud trains at all hours (some are worse than others I don’t know why) but the layout/aesthetic of the hallways to get to the rooms is like being in the backrooms iykyk.

A SERVICED APARTMENT NOT A HOTEL.
My wife and I are in our late 60's. When we arrived at the Flow Hotel after a 9 hour flight from the UK, there was nobody on duty to help us with our luggage. We struggled to take our 2 large cases and 2 hand luggage to our room. This trip was part of our 45th Wedding Anniversary, so not the best start to say the lease. When we entered our room we were horrified at the conduction that our room was in. We requested a quiet room, however our room overlooked a busy railway line. The carpet was torn, the shower still had a previous guests razor on the wash basin. The crockery was badly stained, and the room did not have a safe to keep our valuables. Also the towels and linen were not changed during our stay. We immediately went down to reception to complain. We took photos to show the on duty manager, and we asked to be moved to a cleaner and quiet room. We were told that due to spring break the hotel was full, as was all the other hotels in Ft Lauderdale that we called. We had no choice other than to accept the room that we had been given. The Flow is NOT like any other hotel that we have stayed in before. It's a serviced apartment. We complained to Agoda who we booked with ,and asked for a refund. We also spoke to our credit card supplier for a refund after Agoda decided to decline our request. Our credit card supplier also said they were unable to help. So we emailed the Flow several times and again asked for a refund. We were told that they were unaware of our complaint and refused to engage with us to resole the matter. Finally they offered us a discount on our next stay at the hotel. We have again sent them further emails asking them to escalate our complaint to senior management. It's now been 4 weeks, 3 more emails and no response back from the hotel. Not the customer service that we expected.

I happend to see the property on hoteles.com and I only thought Flow was high rise condos in downtown Ft Lauderdale. I live about 20 minutes away and there was an event downtown so i booked for the weekend. Great decision I decided to stay 2 nights and it turned into 6. The amenities are great! The pool and Jacuzzis where great. Cold plunge and gym was great too. I recommend this property 100 %
