Washing machine unfortunately broke on me when I was using it; fortunately the front desk was helpful with helping me salvage my laundry😀

Very pleased with our stay. Room was great, ease of parking on site, and very helpful staff. Would definitely book this location again!

Very nice hotel & very clean. Front desk crew was accommodating but not consistent with info from person to person (dif shifts). Free shuttle was great to get to downtown events in evening. Pretty quiet (occasional highway/truck noise) except no help with poor dog in next room that barked for hours at a time while owners were gone during day. Room & bathroom were both big. Parking was easy in garage underneath hotel. About 1.8 mile walk to Downtown Market area.

Our stay was good. Was super disappointed that it was advertised they had a shuttle service, of which was the main reason we booked our stay with our grand children. Asked many times and the shuttle was never available, sounded like it was due to lack of staff. If that be the case it shouldn’t be advertised and when I called to confirm our reservation, and asked about the shuttle, should have been told that they didn’t have staffing to run the shuttle.
There were NO towels available at the pool area. There were a ton of older kids running around the pool area jumping in and out of the pool and hot tub. When I say jumping in and out I mean a competition on how far each one could run and cannonball across the pool. Had to remove my 5 and 3 year olds from the pool because of that. Told hotel staff and absolutely nothing was done. It was a free for all. They need more staffing it seems but wasn’t a safe environment the way it was. Will stay elsewhere in the future.

We were 4 females in the room and we didn’t get clean towels after the 1st night. We had to go to the lobby and ask for clean ones. Also the trash was left in the room, and the coffee or tea were not restocked. We were told that ro service is not available until after the 2nd night but I feel that even to just put towels and take out the trash it can be done.
The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were nice and friendly. Breakfast was fine. My only concern was the room
