The staff were friendly and professional. The place and room was clean. Breakfast was very good. I will recommend to family and friends.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Never stay here. You will be disappointed

MY card was charged the full amount of $160 for a 1 night stay. We arrived in our room and the Wifi was out and had no access to the entertainment for about an hour. IN the morning getting ready for our religious celebration there was no water from the shower head. While the desk person Juan was ok when i followed up w/ Manager she said they would get back to me. I had to call back days later and Erica the "GM" was of NO HELP. I asked for a credit for some of our bill and received nothing. I will NEVER stay again nor recommend your properties to anyone, EVER! Worst interaction at any hotel over 60 yrs. Too bad for you. This will be on YELP and other services to warn people away from this terrible property and poor management decision makers.

Our hotel’s Wi-Fi service was not down during your stay. The issue was that the television was not connected to the Wi-Fi, which was addressed and corrected early during your stay. We apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
Regarding the shower, the shower head was functioning properly. To switch the water flow to the shower head, you needed to press and hold the button on the wall where you turn on the water. We understand that this may not have been clear and apologize for the frustration.
We also regret that you felt your concerns were not properly addressed when you followed up with management. We take guest concerns seriously and are always willing to review issues brought to our attention.
Thank you again for your feedback. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience.

Our stay at this hotel was awful. We were in town for a concert. I requested an early check-in (2 pm vs. 3 pm) and was told that there was a room available. We arrived a little after 2 and we were given room 241. When we got to the room, the beds were completely stripped (not even bed skirts), there were no towels, and no toilet paper. There were also long black hairs in various places. I called the front desk to let them know and he told me he would "get on the radio and let them know". We also went into the hallway to tell the housekeeping staff and they gave us toilet paper. We got ready for the concert and left at about 2:45 pm.
We returned after midnight. There was an incredibly loud humming noise in the hallway. When we got to the room, the beds were made and there were towels. The windows were open. While my friend was in the shower, I heard somebody at the door of the room, jiggling the handle. I went to the peephole and saw two women. I told them through the door that they had the wrong room. They looked at their keycard sleeve and said that they were assigned 241 also!
My friend opened the refrigerator and said it was full of mold (I have a video) and the stench that filled the room was evidence of that.
We went down to breakfast in the morning. No eggs, dirty refrigerator, no yogurt. We left without eating.
Upon checking out, I was informed that the room was not supposed to be used that night. I emailed to ask about a refund, to no avail.

It was truly disappointing to have to pay for breakfast when it wasn't included in the reservation. Everyone was taken aback by a breakfast that lacked absolutely everything. This second experience shows that the Best Western hotels I’ve stayed at after all these years are very, very far from maintaining a consistent standard of quality. Hotels.com should definitely refund us the cost of the breakfast.
