The room and hotel were clean. I like the layout of the rooms, as they offer lots of outlets and work station for my laptop. I also love that they don’t have carpet!
The breakfast was not bad, had a pancake machine, egg options,, etc so it was a good free breakfast option. (Not the coffee so much 😑). The pool and gym open ..
The only issue was there were 2 elevators and they were quite slow, and 1 went out of order at some point but, not a big deal.
Front staff was very friendly! The hotel is also right down street from coffee shops, Chocolate museum and zoo… and less than 10 minutes to the Hershey park and Experience.

Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and nice. We sat in the lobby area where they had some games and comfy chairs.

Quick and easy check in. I believe his name was Andy, was friendly and welcoming. David in the breakfast area was also very helpful and friendly. Other staff were friendly as well.
Convenient to local attractions.

Convenient Comfortable Stay

Wanted to stay at these hotels for awhile so tried it for two nights while attending a concert. Modern clean facility. Found the location convenient to restaurants and where we were going. Found the room small and storage was under the bed. Very comfortable bed. Liked the step in shower and the staff was very helpful especially David who went above and beyond. Breakfast was adequate. We would stay here again. Pet and family friendly. Games in the lobby.
