Our stay at your resort was awesome. The property was just as in the pictures. The location was awesome because restaurants were in walking distance as well as the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Also the pool was very nice and they had several activities available to do at the resort. We would definitely stay again. It was very nice.

Relaxing and Entertaining
This resort is wonderful. We love the location as it is easy to get to the beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store on foot. They also run a shuttle to the beach.
The rooms were very clean, updated and comfortable. There are 3 pools on the property which is nice. They have a large pool for children which is only 18 inches deep.
We went on a girls’ trip, but I must say it is great for families, golf groups or couples. We all want to return!

Timeshare owner
Very nice and clean. The room was available when we checked in at 12:30. The only complaint is no decaffeinated coffee

Worst experience at Waterside in over 25 years
We've been staying at our resort for over 25 years and this is the first time I've left anything below a five star review.
We were there during the extreme heat of July so it was almost impossible to stay on the beach unless you went early in the morning. That left only eating, shopping and movies on TV to occupy us the week. Problem with that is that we had no satellite service. We watched for 10 minutes and the TV would shut down. Get the the last 15 minutes of a movie and it shut down. The resort claimed it wasn't their fault, but their providers. I called every day about the problem and wasn't told until the fifth day what the problem really was.
Then there was the issue of the refrigerator not working. It froze our stuff in the freezer like rocks, and the refrigerator itself was luke warm. We lost half the food I had prepared. They wanted to send a repair man, but we had been through that years before and there was no fix. It needed to be replaced.
That doesn't even count for the fact that we had no coffee maker and part of the dish set (that we normally use) was missing. They were also kind enough to leave us one paper thin bar of soap that we had to carry around with us to the shower and kitchen any time we wanted to wash our hands or such. That doesn't even include the fact that we had half a dishwasher because it was under the sink, and it didn't wash the dishes.
In all it was a very unsatisfying for us caregivers who really needed a relaxing stay.

The Best Maintenance Worker
Our air conditioner and dishwasher broke during our stay and the Lead maintenance worker Hernan was outstanding. He got both fixed so quickly, and was so incredibly nice! If anything goes wrong during your stay he will have you covered!
