Layed back RV park
We enjoyed it and will be back for sure. The staff was super friendly. The Tiki bar was right on the water we actually saw a dolphin playing. It is close to several local resteraunts that were all good. There is a very relaxed vibe about the place.

A nice campground with lots of amenities.
Had a nice month. Good WiFi. New pool is lovely. Great kayaking with the manatees with river access right from the parks marina. A nice little bar and restaurant on site with entertainment. Some good local restaurants. Nice pickleball courts.

A great place to stay if you are a snowbird with an RV, a person who wants to get away from the city, or a family vacay!
This is a very nice RV park. It has two pools and a splash pad. The adult pool and splash pad are not heated, but the family pool is. There is a pickleball court, a small store, and a marina with a restaurant. However, they only serve regular food on Fridays and Saturdays, and all other days they just have a few set options. The restaurant sometimes has live music. They also have a clubhouse that offers breakfast, but you do have to pay. They also offer activities like bingo nights, Wii bowling, ice cream socials, rubber duck racing, and poker. The staff there is very nice and welcoming. It is very pet friendly and they do have four or five dog parks. It has a public restroom and showers if you don't hook up to the septic and water system. I would say that there are a lot more people that are staying for a long time and not as many people just visiting like us. The park is close to lots of other restaurants. Definitely would recommend coming here.

Permanent residents lead to unsightly
Sites are tight, if you get a site on the water you can leave your boat tied up. That a plus.
Oddly, even if you are there for a week, they charge you $10 dollars to launch your boat. That’s a little gouge. $4.50 for a candy bar at the store another gouge.
Anyways haven’t seen any
major improvements. I have come here a lot over the years, The biggest negative is the full time residence. Lots of unsightly add ons, boats and trailers parked other than in designated areas as they required me to park.
Anyways, the rivers are nice great local dining around.

Stay elsewhere!
I booked for 6 days but only stayed one and I was refused a refund for the remaining days (over $400). The camp sites are ancient and are not updated. Mine was paved with broken concrete. I had sites on both sides that were building permanent attached structures to their Rv that were obviously unregulated and built from whatever material was available. Each attachment was as big as the trailer they had started with. They each were surrounded by 4 to 5 golf carts or four wheelers. I don’t think the owner(s) of the resort care and are not into managing or improving the park, just pocketing the money. It was loud with diesel pickups going past on the road, dogs barking. It is only a resort if you are near or can see the water. I would avoid this place at all cost.
