The room was very clean, the staff was very nice. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and offered GREAT customer service.

It was horrible. I had mosquitoes in my first and the bathroom had used bar of soap in the tub. They moved me to another room and the tv didn’t work. The whole experience was horrible

The room was clean. The shower pressure was good & had plenty of hot water. The bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean.
One of the front desk people doesn’t speak much English, so we had a really hard time communicating with him. My husband asked two different days for more coffee for the room, and the guy just pointed to the coffee in the lobby and said, “coffee.”
The maid service changed our towels daily (even though they were hung & not on the floor), but they didn’t replenish the coffee or make the bed.
The elevator smelled awful, so we took the three flights of stairs to the room each time.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad place. The price was definitely right!

I had an amazing stay at the Mainstay hotel. It started off by meeting the receptionist by the name of Dana. I would give her a 10 out of 10 rating. She was awesome in helping me feel welcomed. She tended to any information I needed and/or needs. The room was clean and peaceful. However, the mattress hard so it gave me a bit of a struggle to get comfortable. The kitchen was perfect. The showering was great, but the toilet sits very low so if you have bad knees, this could be a struggle. Overall, I did enjoy my peaceful stay at this hotel. I would come back.

I was pleasantly surprised by this property. It is fairly inexpensive and I did not expect much but I was wrong. It was extremely clean, checking in the two gentlemen were extremely helpful and cordial. It is definitely a basic property, but what they offered was very well done. I reserved a two bedroom so that I had a separate room for the dog kennels. It was quiet, clean and everything was in good shape. It looked as if it had been newly renovated. Beds seemed brand new as did the linens. Very comfortable.
Checking out a pleasant woman, I did not catch her name, was at the desk to take my room keys.
Location was great, restaurants & grocery nearby.
I was very pleased with my accommodations. Great Job to whomever is running this property.
